5 European Cities to Visit this Summer for Stanstead Flyers

Summer is just around the corner and if you haven’t done it already, you should definitely book yourself a holiday soon.

Not sure where to go? With so many fabulous European cities on your doorstep, you’re spoilt for choice.

For those of you flying from Stanstead, here are five of the best.

Once home to world-famous explorers like Vasco de Gama, the first European to reach India by sea, Lisbon is a city with a rich history and magnificent monuments.

Its mild climate means it’s a great place to visit all year round and it’s perfect for outdoor explorations. There are some great parks to be enjoyed, like Edward VII, which contains mosaic patterned hedges and provides beautiful views of the city.
