Introduction
The urnexttour travel neck pillow is a U-shaped, memory-foam travel accessory designed to support the neck and head during long periods of sitting. It pairs high-density memory foam with a removable, soft cover and an adjustable rope lock so you can tweak fit and angle. The manufacturer also ships the pillow compressed for compact packing.
Who this is for: frequent flyers, long-distance drivers and commuters, anyone who wants extra neck support when sitting upright. Quick verdict: a comfortable, adjustable and budget-friendly travel neck pillow that’s easy to pack and maintain.

Design & Build
The urnexttour pillow uses a molded, ergonomically contoured shape intended to cradle your neck and support your head from multiple angles. The core is described as high-density memory foam with “3s rebound” technology, which means it should spring back after compression and hold shape during use. The cover combines a magnetic-therapy cloth (as described by the brand) with a soft velour outer surface; the cover has an invisible zipper so you can remove it for washing.
At about 0.66 lbs per unit, the pillow is lightweight for travel (source: listing, checked 2025). A snap button/hook lets you attach it to carry-on luggage so it doesn’t take up extra space. A durable rope lock lets you tighten or loosen the opening to accommodate different neck sizes and to help keep the pillow in place when you’re asleep. The pillows are shipped vacuum-compressed; if they don’t expand immediately, the manufacturer advises waiting 1–2 days for full recovery (source: listing, checked 2025).
Key Features
Ergonomic 360° Support
Benefit: The pillow’s unique curves are designed to support the neck and head from multiple directions so your head stays upright rather than flopping forward.
Real-life use: Useful on long flights, buses or train rides where seats don’t recline much — helps reduce neck strain during naps and prevents that stiff-neck feeling after travel.
Adjustable Rope Lock
Benefit: A built-in rope lock allows you to tighten the pillow around your neck or adjust the opening, giving a more customized fit than fixed U-pillows.
Real-life use: Handy when traveling with family members or friends who have different neck sizes; also useful to secure the pillow to a seat when you need more stability.
High-Density Memory Foam with 3s Rebound
Benefit: The listed high-density memory foam aims to balance contouring comfort with resilience so the pillow keeps shape over repeated use.
Real-life use: Provides steady support for side or back sleeping positions on journeys and holds up better than low-density foam for frequent travelers.
Soft, Washable Cover (Velour + Magnetic Therapy Cloth)
Benefit: A breathable, plush outer cover improves comfort against the skin; the invisible zipper makes the cover removable for washing. The listing mentions magnetic therapy cloth, which the brand promotes as a comfort feature.
Real-life use: Easy to freshen between trips — wash the cover on a gentle cycle and let it air dry to keep the surface clean and comfortable.
Packable & Lightweight with Snap Button Hook
Benefit: At around two-thirds of a pound, the pillow is light enough to carry without adding bulk; a snap button/hook lets you clip it to luggage.
Real-life use: Clip it to your suitcase handle or backpack so it’s always accessible, and avoid losing limited carry-on space.
Twin-Pack Value & Vacuum Compression
Benefit: The set includes two pillows, making it a better value for couples or families. The vacuum compression reduces volume for shipping and storage.
Real-life use: Keeps one pillow in your carry bag and another in checked luggage or gives you a spare for home or office. If the pillow arrives compressed, allow 1–2 days for full expansion (source: listing, checked 2025).
Where to buy
Performance & Use
Setup
- Unpack and cut the vacuum-seal carefully. Place the pillow in a ventilated space; allow up to 48 hours for the foam to fully decompress and regain shape (source: listing, checked 2025).
- unzip the cover if you want to inspect the foam or to wash the cover before first use.
Daily use
- Tighten the rope lock to your comfort level so the pillow cradles your jaw and prevents forward head tilt. The snap button can join the ends to prevent slippage when walking through an airport.
- Clip the hook to your carry-on handle for hands-free transport.
Care and maintenance
- Remove the cover using the invisible zipper and wash on a gentle cycle. Air dry — do not tumble-dry the memory foam core; heat may degrade foam.
- Spot-clean the foam core with a damp cloth and light detergent; allow to dry completely before replacing the cover.
- Avoid long-term compression (don’t store under heavy items) and keep away from direct heat or sunlight to extend foam life.
Practical tips
- For side sleepers, position the open end of the U under the chin and rest the head against the thicker outer curve.
- For people prone to sweating, choose the velour side for softness and allow the cover to breathe between uses.
- Keep a small travel spray of fabric refresher if you’re on multi-day trips and want to freshen the surface without washing.

These are amazing for car rides and flights
Bev Longstreet –
Comfortable, with soft material.
I would give this product a 5 star review because everything about the actual pillow is great. However, the smell was horrible. There is a strong chemical smell like paint. I washed the cover which helped but it’s really in the foam. I’ve bought travel pillows before and never had this type of smell. We haven’t been able it use them yet hopefully the smell will go away.

Used this for a 10 hour drive. I’d say it worked great considering my husband slept 7.5 of the hours peacefully in the passenger seat 😂
Says it didn’t make his neck sweaty & was comfy!

Will be taking a couple of long flights soon and thought they would benefit my napping experience. They work great in my recliner at home. Material is soft and breathable and you can adjust how it fits around your neck. Happy with purchase.

Super comfy and a must for travel.

My husband and I used these on recent trip to Europe. They are comfortable on planes and trains, easy to attach to luggage, and easy to wipe off if they get dirty.

Bought these for an upcoming international trip. Tried one while sitting on my office chair and it seems comfy enough. Hoping it would serve the family well on our flights. Only giving it 2 stars, tho, because I ordered the black/gray/pink set but got the black/gray/navy instead, PLUS one of the foams has what I’m hoping is just dirt and not mold (shown in photo)🤞

Really nice and soft. Size fits fine.
Donna Vasquez –
It’s very soft and thick, I like the thinner kind because this one feels like a really soft neck brace. It’s worth a try because the price is very reasonable and I suppose it’s up to the individual. Thick verses thin. I have a short neck.

The shape of these neck pillows are very good even to use for sleeping or napping. My mother has to use them to support her neck even at home. She especially likes the inside fabric because it is breathable and washable. The price is a very good for getting two of these. Having two is great because if one cover is being washed there’s another one that you can use. Would definitely purchase this again

These are great. The material is VERY nice and they’re well-made and stylish. I made the mistake of using it with the contoured side down on my shoulders, and wondered for a while why my neck was hurting every time I used it – so make sure that the contoured side with the grey fabric is facing up. It’s very comfortable that way.
My only gripe is that the foam on the back of the neck is a *bit* too thick sometimes depending on your sleep position. I also removed and washed the covering and slightly damaged to zipper – not sure if that could be helped.
