I live in an area that gets a lot of fires and the power company often turns off residential electricity as a preventative measure. I wanted to get a small power station to be able to keep my laptop, router, cell phone, and a few other small items running in the event that our power goes out. And this portable power station is exactly what I needed. I had no idea such a small device could hold enough power for everything I need, but it definitely does. Granted, it won’t power appliances like a fridge, toaster, heater, etc., but I didn’t get it for that. I just want to be able to keep working on my laptop and stay connected, so it’s perfect for my needs. It even has not one but two handy built in lights. Pretty cool!

I also like the included power cords / power adapters and the storage pouch with zipper (and not drawstring). I haven’t had to use it yet, but I’m impressed with the unit itself and all of the included accessories.

It does take longer to charge compared to other products but it’s fine if you leave it charging over night. The flashlight and lamp are very convenient and it’s very bright. It is very quiet. This is a great product.

Good product, solid quality, small but powerful. I have iGEN160, but think an extra in house and car would be great. You may bypass charging, so charge and drain power at same time, so this little gem is a perfect solution during power outage: solar panel charge this power station, power station charge your WiFi equipment and other device, at same time… Sure, a must have for camping and emergency.

I purchased this Westinghouse iGen200s on my Amazon account for my mom on September 15, 2023 (she paid for it, I just ordered it). Even though it has now been a little over two years, the problem actually started much earlier. The AC outlet assembly began coming loose within the first year of owning it.
The amount of use it had was extremely minimal; she only charged it maybe once a month and kept it stored safely. Despite that, the AC outlet housing came completely out within a year. The internal connectors are exposed, and the whole plug section lifts right out of the unit (photos attached).
This isn’t normal wear and tear; this is a structural failure on a device that was barely used.
For something meant to be a reliable backup during emergencies, this is really disappointing. A power station should not fall apart with such light, careful use.
Based on our experience, I’d recommend buyers think twice before purchasing.

Delivery was overnight and package was in good condition. I opened it up and gave the manual a quick scan. I then took it outside and plugged it into a portable solar panel. It took about a minute to show that the battery was charging and it charged with no problems. I like how it’s small and compact, it will be easy to use while traveling and camping. So far it’s working fine charging small electronics like phone, laptops and flashlights.

Mi CPAP es de 90W 110V, pero al conectar parpadea mi equipo y no funciona desde el 1er dia. El dia siguiente lo cargue al 100% y estaba al tanto que no vaya dejar cargado de mas. Pero igual NO SIRVE.
Por que solo sale 104V. Reclame al Vendedor, pero quiere que lo devuelva con mis gastos para ver el reembolso…en la pagina de Amazon Mexico, son articulos que no acepta devolucion y revise con el Vendedor y me envio una direccion con eso fui a DHL y FedEx y no quiere recibir porque es bateria “usada”, en FedEx me dio opcion o posibilidad de que si lo llevo al FedEx de Toluca que “capas” acepte para devolcion… son 6 horas en carro de ida vuelta con casi 2mil pesos de caseta y gasolina, con 150 dolares de envio hasta Las Vegas, USA
No es justo que no funcione y que el vendedor quiere que haga mas de 60% del costo y que haga devolcion… EL unico que esta perdiendo soy yo y el vendedor dice que no hay opcion…
NO COMPREN. Porque si sale mal, es TU MALA SUERTE, para que quiero una bateria portatil carisimo para cargar celular…
Sigo esperando el reclamo que puse a Amazon Mexico… he comprado muchisimas compras en Amazon USA y Amazon Mexico y este es la peor experiencia…

This unit is great, small, easy to use and good battery life. The only complaint I had was that it couldn’t handle the initial load on a built in air mattress inflation, had to switch to a blower and used this to plug into. Just be aware that if you need plug in power with higher Peak watts, just go to the more powerful unit (I wasn’t sure and they are clear, so my fault).
Other than that its absolutely great. Wonderful to keep topped off in the house for any power outage. Absolute MUST buy for the cost.

Purchased unit as backup power supply for my CPAP machine. Three days after receipt I lost power so I hooked up to the power station, four hours later I woke up at regular wake time and station was still running my CPAP. Awesome product. Definitely recommend for many power uses.
