In an unheated shed during Quebec winters. Difficult to start when below freezing. Usually takes about 3 attempts. When temperatures drop below -15, having additional heating is recommended, otherwise good luck. At least it has an electric starter because using the crank would be almost impossible. Once running, it works well despite being noisy, but I believe the decibel level is normal for this size.
