I had purchased a Flash Fish portable power station in September 2022.
Unfortunately, the station is not holding charge below 3 bars. It has happened several times , the first few times I thought my children left the station on, however I was camping this week and was the only one using the power station. I went to sleep the night before with with 3 bars remaining on the power station. I was only charging a Galaxy S22+ and a Galaxy Watch on DC power, both not fully drained. Previously these devices required very little draw from the station. I plugged in at past 11pm (3/5 bars remaining on the battery) and when I woke up at 6am, the power station was dead. My phone and watch were charged, however the station was fully depleted.
I confirmed that AC power was not switched on.
I bought this item for camping with the Scouts and for emergency use since we live in an area prone to power outages from hurricanes. Unfortunately, I am unable to depend on this power station for these purposes.
I contacted Amazon Customer Service, who advised me to contact Flashfish Inc directly. Flashfish website states 12 month warranty. I sent an email last week, which has not received a response. I also messaged the company via their Facebook page. Still no response.
I really liked the power station, had it worked the way it was supposed to. But lack of response from the company regarding a warranty issue just leaves a bad taste. Never again.
Update: someone from Customer Service contacted me to request proof of this happening. I provided them proof over 3 weeks ago and have followed up 4x with no response.

The battery has a good balance of capacity to weight and is useful for low power work such as charging phones or running an LED light. It is not suitable to anything much larger. There are plenty of outlets and a good variety of connections are supported. The solar panel worked well and charged the battery in a few hours. My biggest concern is that it does not hold a charge long term. I have had it completely drain in three months and been around half power in a month. If you are using this as a backup . emergency power supply, be sure to recahrge it regularly and just before potential uses like camping or a polar vortex power outage

Es una bateria que NO USA GASOLINA, eso es un detalle importante a resaltar, sin embargo se conecta a la luz y en 4 hrs su carga esta completa y te dura mas de 10hrs en continui funcionamiento dependiendo de que el lo que conectes!!! , es muy ligera y tiene para conectar varias cosas .

Fantastic for our need. We went on a camping trip for 3 days/2 nights and this was able to inflate and deflate three 16″ queen size air mattresses, fully charge several phones and ipad from four adults, fully charge two USB powered lanterns, seal three xlarge vacuum seal bags and still had one power bar left on our way home. The battery itself also charged fully pretty fast. So worth it to have peace of mind while camping or power outage at home.

I purchased this product in November 2023 and have not had one issue. I have used it in different situations. I mostly keep it next to me if I have multiple devices at once. Sometimes while playing video games I need to charge my laptop, phone, tablets, and flashlights. I am to lazy to look for outlets so I just plug into this thing and it does the charging it is awesome. If I hear a storm is coming I always make sure it is in charge in case I have to charge something. For the price I paid (it was on sale for like 80.00) totally worth it. I am getting into car camping and I am positive it will definitely come in handy. When this one dies out I will definitely get a larger one. But overall this has been a great product. I highly recommend.

I used it once to run my cpap machine during a power outage it worked for a total of 5 minutes then the power came back on so i turned it off the power went out again I plugged it back in to the power bank and it would not run the cpap machine again but would run a light on my table the wattage on the power bank is enough for the cpap machine to run the reason for me buying it I’m trying to return it it’s eligible for return by the 17 of August as it states on the item order list but when I try to return it it says this item is not eligible for return I’m confused it says it is returnable and then it says it is not? I’m thinking about buying another one but a different manufacturer probably not from Amazon because of the confusing return policy but I can be reassured that i will have a light bedside woohoo

It functions perfectly I use it on the road as I travel. I use it when I’m just chilling on the porch or even in bed and too lazy to find my wall outlet behind my bed frame, it typically holds a decent charge and it’s lightweight, small, and portable. EASY PLUG IN, EASY CHARGE, AND EASY USE! No safety issues or any damage and the solar panel folds so nicely and charges the base faster than the cord, in my opinion.

Worked great for my camping purposes. Inflated and deflated a thick queen air mattress (110-120V built in pump), charged phones, used the little USB light it comes with and barely lost any battery. The light it comes with isnt very useful as it points up when plugged in, but we just used our phones. Quite compact and light, very pleased.

This seems to be well-built, and very portable. It’s actually kind of cute! I am revising my review because I thought the the USB ports didn’t work, but after hearing from the company (and great customer service by the way), I learned that you have to push the DC button to get the USB ports to work. I was then able to test it by charging my phone and my iPad, and it didn’t drain the battery. It takes some time, but that’s fine if it works and will give me a charge in an emergency. It’s not powerful enough to charge my laptop, (it used up the battery quickly without giving it much of a charge, but it worked on a lamp and didn’t use much of the battery. So, I’m happy with it now and will keep it. I like knowing that I have a backup if necessary. My only disappointment is that I thought that the solar charge was built in, but it’s an add-on for another $100.

For the price this worked great to charge my CPAP machine while camping. We bought two, one for Resmed Air Sense 11 and 10. It took three bars out of five each night. Charged them on our inverter each day. Also used daily for charging IPhone and Apple Watch. Happy with the purchase!🤙

I was supprised with how small this battery is. The whole thing is less than the size of a shoe box and comes with several accessories including a USB light, a way to charge via wall outlet (AC) and a way to charge via car (12v DC).
It doesn’t have a built in DC/cigarette lighter style outlet for 12v appliances but it does have an adapter which you could then plug a splitter into it. It came fully charged which was a nice touch. The instruction manual says it will hold a full charge for about 3months.
Recharging does take a long time (all night when plugged into the wall. Probably longer if plugged into a solar panel or car)
It has a helpful built in display which shows battery life. There are 5bars and each bar represents approximately 20% battery life. So you can really know how much you have left.
Everybody always wants to know what real world battery life will be so I ran some tests. My purpose for this was not to use with solar panels, but just to keep charged in case of power outages, I would be able to charge my phone, maybe watch a movie on my iPad, and most importantly to run a fan so I don’t die of heat.
Test 1: ran a big box fan on high, phone charging, iPad charging, USB light. Battery life was about 100min
Test 2: medium size table fan plus phone charging. Battery life was about 3hrs
Test 3: ran only a DC fan (the kind you see on school buses and mail jeeps) it was powerful enough to really blow but just sipped power. This ran on high for 12hrs and still had over 20% battery left.
Test 4: just for kicks, I tried plugging it into a fridge (both full size and dorm size). Unfortunately, the surge was too much and it couldn’t run it at all. This was about what I expected.
Overall, I’m very happy with this product, especially for the price. I wasn’t able to find anything bigger that didn’t jump tremendously in price

It ended up not working after a while one and all of a sudden it was smelling like something burning and in this item you could even see the smoke coming out I thought it was because I pushed one button that wasn’t supposed to but I don’t know if I would buy it again tho it was that good

I really appreciated the compact design and user-friendly nature of this device. Unfortunately, when I needed it during a power outage at home, it underperformed. Despite being fully charged, it only powered my Apple Watch and iPhone for approximately 20 minutes before completely draining – not even enough time to fully charge either device.
