Design & Build

Eufy’s X10 Pro Omni follows the familiar round robot form factor, with an All‑in‑One Station that increases the system’s footprint compared with a bare docking charger. The station houses the 3L clean water reservoir and a 2.5L dust collection bag, so the physical footprint is larger than minimalist chargers but trades shelf space for reduced maintenance.

Materials are not explicitly listed in the product details. Expect standard hard plastics for the robot and station, with washable fabric mop pads and rubberized wheels and brushes. Weight and physical dimensions are not listed by the manufacturer; if mobility and storage size are important (for example, placing the station in a closet), check the retailer listing for exact measurements.

Ergonomics and day-to-day handling are shaped more by the station’s capacities than by the robot alone: fewer manual interventions (less frequent dust-bag changes and mop washing/drying handled by the station) reduce the time you spend interacting with the system.

Key Features

All-in-One Station for Hands-Free Cleaning

The integrated station washes mop pads with clean water and dries them using heated air (45°C / 113°F), reducing damp odors and speeding pad turnover between jobs. The station’s 2.5L dust bag collects debris emptied from the robot and, per the listing, typically only needs replacing every two months (source: listing, checked 2025). The 3L clean water tank supplies enough water to mop a 1,500–2,000 sq ft (about 150 sq m) home two to three times before refilling (source: listing, checked 2025).

Where it helps: apartments and mid-to-large houses where you want fewer maintenance tasks—less frequent dust disposal and mop care. The heated dry function also helps for homes where mildew or damp smells are a concern.

Customizable AI.Map 3.0

AI.Map 3.0 lets you create No-Go Zones and virtual boundaries so the robot cleans only where you want. Mapping customization is useful for protecting delicate decor, keeping the robot out of pet bowls or play areas, and tailoring cleaning schedules room-by-room.

Where it helps: multi-room homes and open-plan layouts where selective cleaning matters—for example, avoid rugs you don’t want mopped, or stop the robot accessing a room while you’re working.

MopMaster 2.0: Carpet Lift & Gentle Mopping

MopMaster 2.0 applies pressure intelligently to lift the mop 12 mm when the robot crosses carpets, keeping wet pads off rugs while maintaining a soft touch on hardwoods (source: listing, checked 2025). That 12 mm lift helps prevent wetting carpets while still allowing the robot to mop floors effectively.

Where it helps: mixed-floor homes with area rugs and hardwood, where you need confident mop-edge handling to prevent water damage or damp rugs.

AI.See Smart Obstacle Avoidance

AI.See enables advanced obstacle avoidance and object recognition; the system can reportedly identify over 100 object types—including wires, shoes, and toys—even in low-light conditions (source: listing, checked 2025). The app lets you customize reactions to discovered objects and tailor cleaning scenarios.

Where it helps: cluttered rooms, homes with kids and pets, or places where stray objects could tangle or block a robot. Better obstacle intelligence reduces the chance of a stalled run.

Auto-Detangling Roller Brush

The roller brush has an auto-detangling routine: it reverses and uses a Pro‑Detangle Comb that flips down to free hair wrapped around the brush. That reduces the need for hands-on brush cleaning and helps maintain suction efficiency.

Where it helps: pet owners and long‑hair households where hair build-up is a recurring maintenance issue.

iPath Laser Navigation

iPath laser navigation maps your space and plans efficient cleaning routes, which should lead to faster, more methodical coverage than random-bounce robots. Laser navigation also aids night-time mapping and wall-following accuracy.

Where it helps: larger homes and multi-room cleaning sessions where coverage efficiency and predictable cleaning patterns matter.

Powerful 8,000 Pa Suction

The X10 Pro Omni offers up to 8,000 Pa of suction (source: listing, checked 2025), which is strong compared to many consumer robots. That level of suction helps remove embedded debris and pet hair from carpets in a single pass.

Where it helps: homes with pets, high-traffic carpeted areas, or kitchens where crumbs and fine debris accumulate.

Connectivity and Basic Limitations

The robot supports 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi only; 5 GHz networks are not supported. The listing warns to avoid vacuuming large amounts of liquid as it can damage the device. Voltage availability is noted as 110V; the manufacturer recommends purchasing a version specific to your region.

Where it helps: make sure your home Wi‑Fi includes a 2.4 GHz band or a dual-band router with 2.4 GHz active. For international buyers, choose the appropriate voltage model.

Where to buy

Performance & Use

Setup and initial mapping

  • Place the All-in-One Station on a level surface with adequate clearance as recommended by the manual (exact clearance not listed). Connect power and the robot should return to the station for charging and initial home mapping. The app-driven setup will guide Wi‑Fi connection (2.4 GHz only).

Daily use and scheduling

  • Use the app to define rooms, set no-go zones, and schedule cleaning times. With AI.Map 3.0 you can set room-specific routines—e.g., mop the kitchen in the evening, vacuum high-traffic areas daily.

Mopping and mop care

  • The station washes and dries the mop pads automatically. The heated air dries at roughly 45°C (113°F), which reduces residual moisture (source: listing, checked 2025). Refill the 3L clean water tank as needed; per the listing that tank can mop a 1,500–2,000 sq ft home two to three times before refilling (source: listing, checked 2025).

Dust management

  • The robot empties its internal dust bin into the station’s 2.5L dust bag. The listing notes the dust bag generally only needs replacement every two months under normal use (source: listing, checked 2025). Replace the dust bag when the app or station indicates it’s full.

Maintenance tips

  • Avoid using the robot to vacuum puddles or large amounts of liquid—this can damage internal components (noted in listing).
  • Clear obvious obstacles (power strips, cables) if you notice repeated detections to improve route efficiency.
  • Check the roller brush and the Pro‑Detangle Comb periodically for trapped hair; although the system detangles automatically, occasional manual checks extend component life.
  • Clean the station’s water tank and internal channels as recommended in the user manual. The listing does not provide cleaning intervals—refer to the included documentation.

Performance expectations

  • Suction: Up to 8,000 Pa should perform well on everyday dirt, pet hair, and typical household debris (source: listing, checked 2025). Real-world pickup will vary with floor type, debris size, and brush settings.
  • Avoid assuming specific battery life, charge time, or run-time unless confirmed on the retailer page—these figures are Not listed in the provided details.

Pros vs Cons

Pros Cons
Strong 8,000 Pa suction removes embedded debris and pet hair (source: listing, checked 2025). Only supports 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi; 5 GHz networks are not supported (source: listing, checked 2025).
All‑in‑One Station washes and heats-dries mop pads (45°C) for low-touch maintenance (source: listing, checked 2025). Larger station footprint than basic docking stations—needs dedicated floor space.
3L clean water tank and 2.5L dust bag reduce refill/empty frequency—3L water can mop 1,500–2,000 sq ft 2–3 times (source: listing, checked 2025). Manufacturer voltage noted as 110V—buy region-specific version; international compatibility not guaranteed.
Advanced AI features: AI.Map 3.0 mapping and AI.See obstacle recognition (>100 objects) improve navigation and reduce interruptions (source: listing, checked 2025). Some specifications (weight, dimensions, battery runtime) are not listed—verify before purchasing if size/runtime matters.
Auto-detangling roller brush minimizes hair wrap maintenance. Not designed to vacuum large amounts of water—liquid hazards can damage the device (source: listing, checked 2025).

Who Should Buy

  • Pet owners who want less daily maintenance: The powerful suction plus auto-detangle and the station’s dust collection make it a strong fit for homes with shedding pets.
  • Mixed-floor households: MopMaster 2.0’s carpet lift and the mop’s gentle handling for hardwood make this a good option if you have both rugs and hard floors.
  • People who prefer low-touch, semi-autonomous cleaning: The washing/drying station and large reservoirs mean fewer manual interventions.
  • Buyers who can provide a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network and appropriate space for the All‑in‑One Station.

Who Shouldn’t Buy

  • Small-apartment buyers with limited storage: the All‑in‑One Station needs more floor space than minimalist docks.
  • Users who rely on 5 GHz-only networks: the robot does not support 5 GHz Wi‑Fi.
  • Buyers needing complete international voltage flexibility: the listing flags 110V and recommends buying a version specific to your region.
  • Shoppers who must know battery runtime, exact dimensions, or weight before purchasing—those specs are Not listed in the provided product information.

I can’t fault the mopping function, it’s great, but the device infrequently gets stuck when transitioning to carpet. The carpets I’m referring to are not high or thick.

I’m amazed — if I hadn’t seen it myself I wouldn’t have believed it. I’ve had it for over a month, it runs every day and cleans 2,000 sq ft in about 2½ hours, vacuuming, washing and drying in one pass. It returns to the base, empties the dirty water, refills fresh water and even cleans and dries its mop heads. It mapped the house accurately and adjusted the route when things were moved. It struggles with dog food, cords and shoelaces and sometimes needs a little help with those, but it’s easy to maintain and clearly reports problems, what to do and where they are in the house. Bought it after reading reviews and watching “Just a Dad” on YouTube — love it and will probably get another for the basement. 🩷

Honestly, I have many pets and a kid. There’s ALWAYS a mess to clean up. But I’m finally FREE! This was the best purchase I’ve had in a long time. It’s easy to set up. It’s easy to control with the remote and will notify you via app if something is stuck or not working. It’ll also beep. Emptying it is a breeze. There’s not cat hair floating around anymore and it’s less dusty. You can also do spots only which is great for when there’s crumbs on the floor. I don’t have carpet so I can only account for hard wood and laminate. But I’m sure it’ll work on a non shag.
It comes with tools for if a string gets wrapped around the bottom and things to clean it with. It also looks like parts are available for an easy order on Amazon.
Honestly I was so excited to find this on sale. I’ve wanted one for a long time and I’m so happy! I didn’t need to spend a thousand dollars either. Less work for me! I just tell google to start it and continue with my day.

This is my first robot vacuum and I absolutely love it. This review is after one month of use.

Object detection: 9/10The robot does a fantastic job spotting common objects that could cause problems. You get phone alerts and a photo of whatever it avoided so you can see what was left on the floor. It did pick up a small charging cable once — I think it was a fluke: a grey cable on a grey rug laid perfectly straight at a perpendicular angle to the camera made recognition difficult. When it did snare the cable, the tangle-detection immediately triggered and the robot stopped to prevent damage. In normal situations (e.g., a bunched-up cable) it detects it fine.

Vacuuming: 9/10Vacuuming performance is excellent for my modest apartment. No kids or pets, so there’s not huge debris, but it handles daily dirt very well. The app offers cleaning modes from light to deep clean. It transitions over area rugs well; the only issues have been with very lightweight rugs or curled runner ends — more an issue with the rug than the robot. Bathroom mats on my concrete floor slide around, so the robot can’t drive over them properly and tends to push them. The auto-emptying base is a bit loud, and the robot itself is noticeable, but I usually run it while at work so it’s not a problem. It’s wonderful coming home to a clean house every day.

Mopping: 8/10I’ve only used the mopping feature a few times for minor spills and light weekly cleaning in the kitchen, and it handles those well. On a deep-clean cycle I’ve noticed the mop pad sometimes seems to dry out and not enough water is applied — that might be an app setting I need to tweak. It did remove sticky spots effectively, so I’m satisfied for my needs. The self-cleaning and self-drying mop pad feature is excellent. I recommend emptying the dirty-water tank the day of cleaning — sitting dirty water can smell. Quick emptying and a rinse prevents odors from building in the dock (mine sits behind the couch).

    AI features:

    • Object detection 9/10: see above.
    • Room detection 10/10: The robot mapped my rooms accurately, making it easy to target specific areas. I have it skip the bathroom during daily runs because of the loose mats, then run a focused bathroom clean on weekends.
    • All-in-one cleaning 10/10: The robot intelligently avoids mopping carpets and only mops hard floors. The app map clearly shows carpeted areas over hardwood.

Overall the AI performs better than advertised. During setup the app suggests placing the dock with a foot of clearance on each side; I had to put mine in a corner due to space constraints. It still finds its way back reliably, though it can be slower when tight to a wall. If you can’t give it a lot of side clearance, just make sure the path in front of the dock is straight and unobstructed.

I questioned whether this was worth the price just to keep the house tidy, but coming home to a clean place every day has been a mental-health game changer. It removes the effort of daily tidying — you see the vacuum lines in the carpet and small breakfast spills are cleaned before you get home. Being able to start a quick remote clean before guests arrive is a major plus.

Edit — multi-month update:After several months it’s still performing excellently. Vacuuming is a 10/10 for me — I return to a clean home every day. It’s become indispensable after cooking (vacuuming crumbs and mopping small spills), and my floors consistently look spotless. Highly satisfied.

We actually feel human emotions for our Eufy X10 pro. This is our 2nd Eufy, and a major upgrade. It does EVERYTHING and it does it RIGHT!!!! Our home was never “dirty”, but needs a sweeping and mopping every now and then. Eufy vacuums like a PRO, it cleans absolutely everything, and the mopping is phenomenal too, leaves the house spotless. The first time we came home after Eufy did an auto cycle, our jaws dropped, the floor was SHINING.
It’s a huge time saver, you can do this on your own for free, but this is a very good investment frankly, leaves your house spotless and you don’t have to worry about everything.
Mapping function is mind blowing, it perfectly mapped out our home, so every single sq inch is clean. Very customizable functions, great app, and it is fairly quiet, not noisy or anything. A true game changer.

Usage: large spaces, limited furniture, but varying surfaces (commercial carpet, high doormats, uneven wooden floor), plenty of foot traffic.
We compared to a Shark robo vac (without mopping) and the eufy X10 Pro Omni beats the former in all of the categories below by a huge margin.
Pros: easy to set up; mapping without issues, map editing intuitive, great app (quick to open, intuitive to use, plenty of videos are linked to the error messages and settings); powerful suction and mopping functionality; settings for spcaces are saved for the next time; operating pretty reliably over/around obstacles; doesn’t fall down stairs and respects no-go zones; easy maintenance (again the in-context support videos are quickly accessible, so google-ing the instructions on the wild internet), super-responsive support by phone, chat, and email (I cannot stress this feature enough – they even sent us a a evaluation package of their proprietory cleaning solution when we asked whether it was right for our hardwood floors – which it prooved to be [shiny surface, just as nice as Murphy’s, no lemon scent tough]).
Cons: Can’t think of any. I think this is as good as it gets in terms of AI powered vacs/mops. I find it does need supervision, though. For spaces with furniture, I think it requires prep if you are after a thorough (close to the edges) clean. You have to move the furniture away from the wall, temporarily move power cables out of the way, etc. and then put it all back together again. And I would like earlier warnings about a compromised brushroll (entangled) or dustbin. The little guy was acting oddly, but I couldn’t figure out what was going on. So, there is some room for improvement. But now I know to just put ‘vac maintenance’ on my duty rotation sheet.
Notes: It’s not as fast as I would like (especially when vaccuming & mopping in one go, looking at the history it took 1 hour to clean 77 sm2 (829 sf, no carpets, just hardwood floor). As it can’t do much more than that on a single full charge, I have taken to subdivide our large spaces so that the ‘Auto-return Cleaning function’ doesn’t kick in at inopportune times. There are scheduling functions available that might improve my usage, but I am not there yet. Out of the box it’s a bit chatty, which is not helpful as very hard to understand (by the time one has tuned into the voice and accent – the message is already over with and cannot(?) be repeated). And one last little thingi …. it goes quite close to the wall, which is great, but to do that it keeps bumping into the wall (and doors) which can be a little noisy.

All in all: One of the few purchases that really made a difference and are a breeze to use. Highly recommended. Eufy rocks!

I really appreciate this machine — it’s intuitive and has made my weekend cleaning tasks far more manageable. I have two floors, a little over 1,000 sq ft each, and used to spend weekends catching up on chores. This device is as game-changing as my dishwasher or washer/dryer: it does most of the work so I don’t have to. I now only need to wipe down surfaces daily while the machine handles the floors.

I try to use it every day, and that’s where the real benefit shows. With daily use the dirty water is getting cleaner and cleaner, and I can focus on hard-to-reach areas and other tasks. I also enjoy being able to schedule and plan cleanings.

The machine mapped my home quickly and on its own, and navigation keeps improving. I learned how to divide rooms, set no-go zones, and customize cleaning for each room. As a first-time buyer of one of these home maintenance machines, I’m very impressed. It won’t completely replace a deep clean I might do myself, but it’s excellent at keeping everyday messes under control so I can focus on other things.

I’d recommend this product. I read reviews and compared models for three months before buying, and the feedback I saw matches my experience. Consider negative reviews as helpful context — overall, I found this one to be a strong choice among cheaper and more expensive options. The app is also useful for maintenance reminders; I believe in preventative care, and keeping the machine well maintained has improved its cleaning performance.

I can really appreciate this machine. It is very intuitive and makes the weekend work load that much more attainable and complete. I have two floors, a little over 1000 squ ft per floor and I was finding my weekends consumed with “catch up” cleaning. The addition of this machine is as beneficial as the dishwasher or washing machine and dryer. It is doing most of the work so you don’t have to. I just need to do the daily wipe down of the surfaces and this machine will take care of the floors.
I try and use it daily, that’s the true benefit of this machine. With daily use I have found the dirty water is getting cleaner and cleaner. I can spend more time on the hard to reach areas and focus on other tasks. I enjoy the fact that I can plan my cleaning as well.
The machine mapped my home rather quickly (and on it’s own), I was happy about that. It seems to be getting better and better at getting around the house. I have managed to figure out how to separate rooms, insert no go zones, and tailor the cleaning to a room by room need.
As a first time buyer of one of these home maintenance machines, I must say I am very impressed. Is it as good as what I would do? No. But it is much better at keeping the daily mess at bay so I can focus on other things.
I would recommend this product as I have read the reviews, looked other models up on line for three months prior to finally making this purchase. I took the feed back to heart in this product profile and am happy to report that the other reviews are accurate. Consider some of the negative feed back as an opportunity to understand. Reading about the other options out there from the cheaper to the more expensive, I found this one to be quite good overall.

The app is great for telling me how to maintain the machine parts, I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance of your home assisting cleaning supplies. The better care they receive the better cleaning ability they can produce.

Initial one-week-in review. Will update if anything changes.

The Eufy 15C is my first go-round with robovacs. I did quite a bit of research and wanted to strike a balance between functionality and budget. My goal was to cut out some sort of chore as much as possible in an effort to free up time, as our young family seems to have a schedule requiring only the most adept acrobatics to even have a slim hope of accommodating. We vacuum on a borderline constant basis due to pets in the house, children who like to destroy things and create messes, as well as me simply being allergic to nearly everything in existence.

The Eufy works on a somewhat random pattern. When I fired the gizmo up at first I found myself sitting there simply watching it and feeling rather convinced it wouldn’t be able to cover a whole room due to the random stab at directions it was taking. It ultimately covered all tracks and I found myself growing more “trusting” of it getting the job done. This was helped by me staging some crushed cheerios in different piles around the kitchen and letting it run unattended. When I returned a bit later, it was still doing laps and all of the cheerio piles were done. Fancy. We don’t have many carpeted areas in the house (just the two upstairs bedrooms), but I let it run in those rooms unattended. When I returned the vacuum patterns were random and all over the place, but covered the entire span of the rooms. Given how much time had elapsed since I left the vacuum I didn’t expect it to be done already — it was still running but it was clear via the carpet patterns that it had hit every area during its pass. Good stuff.

I was hesitant to go the “C” route with it being wifi-connected as (tin foil hat moment) I work in IT and question devices connecting to my wifi that arguably may not need to be. I found the app to be easy to set up and opted for a consistent schedule to kick things off. So far, so good. I’ve been keeping an eye on my DNS server logs as well and to date I haven’t seen any suspicious behavior of the Eufy (truth be told I haven’t seen any traffic at all outside of the initial login of my Eufy account), which was nice to see as I was expecting to firewall the thing into oblivion, but it seems to be largely unnecessary so far.

Some other models I looked at were controlled exclusively by smart phones alone. This 15C comes with a remote on top of the smart phone capability. I find the remote is a nice added touch as there are times I have my phone elsewhere charging and I want to kick off a vacuum session outside of the scope of the set schedule, so it’s nice being able to punch a button on the remote and let it rip. Another area this comes in handy is if someone is at my house watching my kids (in-laws for example) and a mess needs cleaned up. Whoops, owners not home, smart phones not home, thus no way to control it — enter remote. They really should be standard on all robovacs as I consider it downright foolish to not include a simple remote, but it was nice seeing the Eufy came with it despite the smart phone capability being existent as well.

Overall the thing does a good job and it’s great not having to run the bigger vacuum on a constant basis. It runs on a schedule and does its job. It’s much quieter than I expected. Not “run at 3 am” quiet for fear of waking up the kiddos, but still quieter than I expected.

In terms of the actual vacuuming performance, I’d say it’s pretty darn good. As I said we’re running this on a daily basis. Now, please understand we’re not running through the woods and tracking in an obscene amount of dirt intentionally, nor are we brushing shaggy pets prone to heavy shedding in the middle of the living room every hour, but I’ve made it a point to empty the dust bin from the Eufy at some point every day so it’s ready to go for the next scheduled run. Every single time I empty it, it’s nearly full. I have no idea where this thing is finding all this dirt, but it’s a testament to the vacuuming capability of the unit itself. From now on it appears our former vacuum will be downgraded to be for steps only.

Downsides? Eh, if anything, the need to empty the bin on a pretty consistent basis. It comes with the territory though as these devices are inherently smaller than the large canister vacuums. Nothing that can be done about that so it’s difficult to really ding the robovac in this category, but it’s something worth mentioning and be aware of.

Beyond that I can’t find any complaints to note. It does its job and does it well.

P.S. – Having a robot vacuum may or may not instigate a cleaner house beyond the scope of simply vacuuming. We told our kids toys need to be cleaned up or the vacuum will “get their toys” in the morning (9 AM schedule) and it’s prompted a pretty swift cleanup job every night before bed. It takes far less arguing than it did in the past, and that, I’m pretty okay with. 🙂

I’ve had this robot vacuum for three months and, overall, it’s performed very well. The mapping is excellent and the app is mostly intuitive. I run it twice a week and it does a great job on hardwood floors, though it doesn’t have the weight or suction to lift dust and hair from area rugs and runners. The mopping feature is excellent for quick maintenance — it won’t scrub, but used routinely it keeps my kitchen and dining area shiny. My only real issue was that it sucked up a bottle cap, which blocked the outflow and caused a major clog; performance dropped noticeably and I found a pile of dust around the unit. Clearing the clog by opening the brush head and removing the debris was simple, if a bit dusty and annoying. Overall, a solid vacuum with some basic limitations.

Usage: large open areas with limited furniture, mixed floor surfaces (commercial carpet, heavy doormats, uneven wood) and heavy foot traffic.

We compared this to a Shark robot (no mopping) and the eufy X10 Pro Omni outperforms it by a wide margin in every category below.

Pros: super easy to set up; mapping works reliably and map editing is intuitive; the app is fast and user-friendly with helpful in-context videos linked to error messages and settings. Suction and mopping are powerful, and room-specific settings are saved for next time. It navigates obstacles well, won’t fall down stairs, respects no-go zones, and maintenance is straightforward — the built-in help videos are a big plus compared to hunting for instructions online. Customer support is excellent by phone, chat, and email; they even sent an evaluation pack of their proprietary cleaning solution to check compatibility with our hardwoods, which left a nice shine similar to Murphy’s (no lemon scent).

Cons: I can’t think of many. It’s as good as it gets for AI-powered vac/mops, but it does need some supervision. For rooms with more furniture you’ll need to do prep for a truly thorough edge clean — pull furniture off the wall, move power cables, then put things back. I’d also like earlier warnings for a jammed brushroll or a compromised dustbin; when it started behaving oddly I couldn’t immediately tell why. So there’s room for improvement in alerts, but now I just add “vac maintenance” to my chore rotation.

Notes: It isn’t as fast as I’d hoped when vacuuming and mopping in one run — it took about an hour to clean 77 m² (829 ft²) of hardwood with no carpets. A full charge won’t cover much more than that, so I’ve started subdividing large areas to avoid the auto-return kicking in at inconvenient times. There are scheduling options that could help once I invest the time to set them up. The voice prompts are a little chatty and hard to catch — by the time you recognize the voice and accent the message is over and can’t easily be replayed. Lastly, it cleans very close to walls, which is great, but it does bump into walls and doors a fair bit, which can be noisy.

All in all: one of the few purchases that truly made a difference and is a breeze to use. Highly recommended. Eufy rocks!

We purchased this vacuum, Eufy x10 Pro Omni, for a house gift to ourselves for Christmas. We ordered it on Cyber Monday and didn’t receive it until December 24th. No problem, thankfully we had a friend that remained in town and was able to go to our house on Christmas eve and place it in our garage. I started using the vacuum on Friday the 27th, 9 days ago and I have been running it through all the functions and everything I can to see if it has any issues or if it doesn’t meet my expectations so I can return it if there are any issues. Before trying to use the vacuum, I watched all the videos and read as much material as I could on setting it up and mapping the home. After feeling comfortable about setting it up I started to set it up to map the house, following instructions in the manual I downloaded. Everything went pretty well and it seem to map out the rooms very well. I noticed if you have curtains that hang to the floor this will cause the vacuum to drive around the curtains and not get close to the wall. Also if you have a bed skirt around the bed it will not go through it to get under the bed. This prevents the vacuum from going under the bed to clean. Before we clean the rooms we pull this up and tuck it in so it will clean under the bed and I roll the curtains up so it will get closer to the wall. I have tried every command and different levels to vacuum different rooms, vacuum and mop bathrooms and the kitchen. The vacuum works very well and I like how it will self-empty at the time intervals I have set it at. For tile it mops and cleans very well with no streaks. Our hardwood floor it cleans it very well however, it leaves swirling marks as well as tire pattern marks from the wheels. I have tried different water levels and trying to clean twice. I do like that the vacuum washes the mops and then dry’s the mop heads, so they don’t begin to smell. Great feature. When it self-cleans, after vacuuming, it is pretty loud. I think this is because it needs a great deal of suction to clean out the vacuum and deposit it in the bag. This is not an issue if the base is in a different room away from locations you use to relax or watch TV. Even then, it’s no problem because it only lasts a few seconds and you can run it when you’re not home. I have tried every scenario this vacuum has to offer and it has worked very well and I have been pleased up until last night. Day 8 of testing. For some reason the task of cleaning or emptying the tray for dirty water does not work anymore. I looked up how to troubleshoot this problem and have done everything, several times, that was in two or three troubleshooting guides, video and written. I cleaned everything even though nothing was dirty, since we have only had this vacuum for 8 days, before this issue. See the picture of the water in the tray and how clean it is. Not a dirt or dirty tray issue. I have checked rubber seals, blown soft air through the lines with no issues of blockage. Filters are all clean and brand new. I’ve been working on this issue for three hours now trying everything and chatting with Eufy, sending Eufy an email explaining the issue with uploaded videos showing all the parts and me going through the steps they requested to fix the problem. I can’t call them because they are not open until Monday and as usual, nothing goes wrong until the weekend. At this point I am at a standstill until I can troubleshoot the problem with an actual person. I will update this review once I go through this process and will explain the solution. If, there is one other than replacing the unit. More to come on this. Up until this issue started this vacuum has worked exceptionally well. I highly recommend if you purchase this vacuum to take the time to run it through every scenario, as I have, to make sure it has no bugs and/or that it meets your expectations. At this point I would recommend it to a buyer with caution. This is a very sophisticated piece of equipment that, in my opinion, has a lot of things that could go wrong. Things that even the best handyman won’t be able to fix. This day and age, appliances with electronics and all the bells and whistles fail quite regularly and require expensive circuit boards and electronics to repair them. Not to mention the cost for the repair person to do it if you are unable. I recommend purchasing the extended warranty. If not, run this thing every which way to Sunday before the 30-day return expires and then hope nothing fails, especially on a weekend, after the warranty has expired. More to come on this.

Update. Eufy emailed me a return label and instructions to send back the base not the rob vac. I had saved the original box therefore, sending it back was not a problem. It took over a week to get a replacement base. I contacted Eufy per my concerns of this elapsed time were I was not able to continue testing the vacuum and its features within the 31 day timeframe for a full refund. They assured me they would extend this date by two weeks. I received the new base shortly after a week. When I returned the base I sent in the cord to the unit and left the vacuum bag installed. When I received the new base it was missing the cord and did not have a vacuum bag. I contacted Eufy and they assured me a cord and a pack of vacuum bags would be shipped. It’s been now almost one more week and I have yet to receive the shipment. For two weeks I haven’t been able to use the vacuum. Eufy did issue me a number to receive two wash pads for free. I had to go to a site through a link emailed to me and enter the code. Problem is, the code covered $10.00 of $12.00 cost do I had to pay $2.00. I contacted Eufy and they said they would reimburse me the $2.00 however, I would have to wait until I receive the pads and then I would need to contact them at such time. Now I’m waiting for the cord, vacuum bags and wash pads. Sorry this review has turned into a novel. I just want to put everything out there to help others to decide on a purchase. As for the vacuum and what I have experienced, while I was able to use it, I am very pleased with the results.

Received the new base and everything has worked exceptionally well. Whenever I send the support or customer service an email or a question they always respond immediately with an answer. This unit I would recommend to anybody who has animals. I’ve not had a problem with dog hair tangling in the brush. If someone in the family has long hair that will get tangled in the brush. Great little mid price vacuum fantastic customer service.

We bought the Eufy X10 Pro Omni as a Christmas gift for ourselves, ordering on Cyber Monday but not receiving it until December 24th. A friend dropped it in our garage on Christmas Eve, and I began testing it on December 27th. I watched setup videos and read the manual first, then followed the mapping instructions. Mapping went smoothly overall, though floor-length curtains cause the vacuum to avoid getting close to walls, and bed skirts stop it from going under beds. We simply tuck up skirts and roll curtains so it can reach those areas.

I’ve run the vacuum through every mode — room-by-room vacuuming, mopping bathrooms and the kitchen, different suction and water levels — and it generally performs very well. The self-emptying feature works on the schedule I set, and mopping on tile leaves no streaks. It does a good job on hardwood, but sometimes leaves swirl marks and wheel-tire patterns even after multiple passes and different water settings. I appreciate that the base washes and dries the mop heads to prevent odors — a great feature. The self-clean cycle is loud while it deposits debris into the bag, so place the base away from living areas or schedule it when you’re not home.

After about eight days of heavy testing, the dirty-water tray stopped emptying. The tray looked clean, but the emptying function failed. I followed multiple troubleshooting guides, cleaned components (they were essentially new), checked seals, blew air through lines, and replaced filters — nothing fixed it. I spent hours troubleshooting, chatted with Eufy support, and sent videos showing the steps I’d taken. Support was closed for phone calls until Monday, so I was stuck waiting for a real person to help.

Eufy emailed a return label and asked me to send back the base (not the robot), which was easy because I’d kept the original box. It took over a week to receive a replacement base. I expressed concern about losing time within the 31-day return window; Eufy agreed to extend it by two weeks. The replacement base arrived but was missing the power cord and vacuum bags. Eufy said they would ship those items, plus they provided a code to order two wash pads for free — but the code only covered $10 of the $12 charge, so I paid $2 and was told they would reimburse me after I received the pads and contacted them. Nearly two weeks were spent without being able to fully use the vacuum while waiting on the missing parts.

Eventually I received the replacement base and after the follow-up issues were resolved everything has worked exceptionally well. Customer service has been responsive to emails. The robot handles pet hair well and the brush doesn’t tangle with dog hair; people with long human hair may see tangles. Overall, performance is impressive when the unit is functioning.

A few caveats: this is a sophisticated device with electronics that could fail and be costly to repair, so I recommend buying an extended warranty if you’re concerned. Also, thoroughly test the unit in every mode before the return window closes so you can return it if problems appear. Despite the hiccups during my early testing and the parts/shipping delays, I’m pleased with the vacuum’s cleaning performance and would recommend it — with some caution — especially for households with pets.
