Renewed product but received one that looked brand new! Got extra attachments not show in the photos. Extremely happy! It will relentlessly remind you to fully charge before using but didn’t take too long to charge. The Optic cleaning head is absolutely amazing! I came from using a Dyson V6 / Fluffy head > I had no idea how much dog/cat hair I was missing! The green light really makes a difference and is easy to see where you missed.
The motorhead itself it really great too, being able to easily vacuum the stairs now is great! My previous Dyson V6 still works great despite being nearly 10 years old. This V15 was a HUGE improvement in both suction and noise.
The AUTO mode is great as it will detect when higher suction is needed based on the particle matter it is picking up. It is very accurate as well as I ran it under a kitchen island that had a ton of cat hair and it immediately ramped up the speed!
The mounting bracket also lines up exactly with my old V6 bracket for the holes. So very nice to simply just swap it out! Highly recommend this!

I got this Dyson renewed with an Amazon insurance/warranty plan. I had a Dyson V12 for a while and loved it. I needed a new vacuum and thought I’d get another V12, but couldn’t find any online. Enter the V15.
The v15 is bigger, more powerful, and has a different set of cleaning tools that it comes with. It’s easy to use, but I dislike the need to hold down the trigger (because the V12 was a simple on/off as opposed to a constant button/trigger press.) The battery life so far has blown me away, 15+ min more run time than the V12. I have yet to struggle when cleaning my car or apartment.
Overall it’s a nice vacuum but I’m not convinced that there isn’t a better option given the price. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good value, but I don’t know anyone who needs a vacuum this powerful and light for every day messes.

Great vacuum. Really picks up every piece of lint, dust, and hair on the floor. I let my dog walk around and waited to vacuum for two days to test this vacuum. It did a great job at picking up all the hair my dog shedded. The green light really helps see every spec on the floor. I haven’t run into any issues with the battery life yet. It would be easier to use if the trigger was locked in the engaged position.

I expected a newer Dyson to be an upgrade, but this model is worse than my previous one. The attachments don’t work well — the angled tool won’t stay in position and keeps snapping back to straight with the slightest pressure, so it’s essentially useless. Sometimes the attachments stop spinning and I have to power the unit off and on to get them working. Emptying the dustbin is frustrating too; I’m forced to dig inside and end up with dust on my hands every time, which is gross and defeats the purpose of a hands-free vacuum. Overall I’m very disappointed with this version.
