Intro
This is a high-end robot vacuum and mop system built around a self-cleaning All-in-One Multifunctional Dock 3.0 and advanced brush/mop mechanics. It combines a DuoDivide main brush and an extendable FlexiArm arc side brush with strong suction and heated dock cleaning to reduce hair wrap, lift stubborn dirt, and automate washing and drying.
If you live with pets, long hair, or mixed floor types and want a mostly hands-off floor-care setup, this unit is aimed at that use case. Quick verdict: a powerful, maintenance-reducing robot vacuum that leans heavy on automated dock cleaning and edge/cord-busting brush design.

Design & Build
The listing highlights function-driven design more than specific materials. The system is built around a modular cleaning head concept: a tangle-resistant main brush (DuoDivide) and a FlexiArm side brush that extends to improve edge contact. Dual rotating mops sit under the robot and lift automatically over carpets.
Because exact casing materials, chassis weight, and external dimensions aren’t listed, you should assume a typical circular robot footprint — compact enough to fit under most furniture but large enough to house dual mops and the described hardware (dimensions: Not specified). The All-in-One Dock 3.0 looks to be a larger, standalone base that accepts the robot for washing and drying; it also stores the large dust bag (2.7L). Expect the dock to add bulk to the permanent cleaning station footprint.
Ergonomics: brush and mop modules appear serviceable for periodic cleaning, and the large dust bag reduces the frequency of user intervention (over 60 days per bag claimed). The extendable side brush and mop suggest a design optimized to reach skirting boards and corners with fewer passes.
Key Features
No-more-tangles brush system (DuoDivide + FlexiArm)
Benefit: The DuoDivide main brush and FlexiArm Arc side brush are engineered to prevent hair wrapping, which is one of the most common causes of maintenance headaches with robot vacuums. In practice, the combined brush design reduces time spent manually cutting hair from rollers and improves long-term suction performance.
Where it helps: Homes with long-haired people or multiple pets — fewer brush clogs between maintenance cycles.
High suction: up to 18,500 Pa
Benefit: The listing claims up to 18,500 Pa of suction power, which positions this unit as a strong performer for lifting embedded dirt and pet hair from carpets and for moving debris on hard floors (source: listing, checked 2025).
Where it helps: High-traffic rooms, area rugs, and homes that need more forceful pickup than a standard mid-range robot vacuum.
All-in-One Multifunctional Dock 3.0 with hot-water mop washing
Benefit: The dock performs hot-water mop washing and self-cleaning up to 167°F, which helps remove stubborn stains from the mop pads and reduces mold/odor buildup. The dock also stores and disposes of debris into a large dust bag.
Where it helps: Users who want a low-touch system where the robot’s mops are washed, dried, and the dust is collected without daily intervention (source: listing, checked 2025).
Large dust bag (2.7L) and long interval maintenance
Benefit: A 2.7L dust bag is large for a robot dock and is advertised to support more than 60 days of cleaning between bag changes, lowering maintenance frequency (source: listing, checked 2025).
Where it helps: Busy households and pet owners who prefer monthly-or-better maintenance intervals.
Advanced corner-to-edge cleaning and extendable side mop
Benefit: The FlexiArm design provides an extendable arc side brush and mop to reach corners and walls more effectively than static side brushes. The dual-rotation mops operate at 200 RPM and the system offers 30 water flow levels to tune wet cleaning.
Where it helps: Kitchens and edges where spillage and scuffed baseboards need closer contact from brushes and mops (mopping control is useful for tile/grout and sealed hardwood).
Smart obstacle avoidance + PreciSense LiDAR Navigation
Benefit: Reactive Tech Obstacle Avoidance combined with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation improves route planning and obstacle detection, so the robot navigates more efficiently and avoids or reroutes around common household objects.
Where it helps: Cluttered rooms, furniture-dense layouts, and homes with toys/cables where the robot can otherwise get stuck or drag objects around.
Note: the listing specifically names PreciSense LiDAR Navigation and reactive obstacle avoidance (source: listing, checked 2025).
Carpet-aware mopping: 10 mm Auto Mop Lifting
Benefit: Dual mops can lift up to 10 mm automatically when a carpet is detected, so the robot can vacuum and mop in the same run without wetting carpets.
Where it helps: Mixed-floor homes with both carpets and hard floors — you get combined cleaning without manual scene changes (source: listing, checked 2025).
App control and AI-driven routines
Benefit: An upgraded app enables control over routines, map details, water and washing temperature controls, drying duration, and maintenance reminders. Advanced AI algorithms are used to optimize cleaning paths and responses.
Where it helps: Users who want granular control from their phone and smarter scheduled cleaning tailored to their home’s layout.
Where to buy
Performance & Use
Setup
- Place the dock on a flat surface with adequate clearance, and connect power. The All-in-One Multifunctional Dock 3.0 requires a permanent spot because it will both charge the robot and perform hot-water washing cycles.
- Note: Wi‑Fi support is 2.4 GHz only — the robot won’t connect to 5 GHz networks (source: listing, checked 2025). Make sure your router broadcast includes a 2.4 GHz band.
Daily use
- For regular vacuuming, set schedules in the app and allow map learning over several runs to get the most efficient cleaning paths.
- Enable auto-mop lifting when you want combined vacuum + mop sessions. The robot detects carpets and lifts the mops up to 10 mm automatically (source: listing, checked 2025).
Mop washing and drying
- The dock heats water up to 167°F for mop washing and dries pads after cleaning cycles (source: listing, checked 2025). This is helpful to sanitize mop pads and avoid odors.
- Choose appropriate water/flow levels in the app (30 levels available) depending on how dirty the floor is — lower flow for sealed hardwood, higher for tile and grout.
Maintenance tips
- Replace or empty the dust bag per the app’s maintenance reminders. The 2.7L dust bag is designed to last over 60 days in average use, but frequency varies with pet hair and household traffic (source: listing, checked 2025).
- Check and clean the DuoDivide main brush and FlexiArm side brush periodically to remove trapped debris, even though the design reduces tangling.
- Keep the LiDAR sensor area and cliff sensors clean for reliable navigation and obstacle avoidance.
- Use only manufacturer-recommended cleaning agents in the dock (the listing does not specify acceptable detergents — Not specified).
Real-world expectations
- The powerful suction and specialized brushes should give noticeably better hair handling than many mid-range robots. Hot-water dock washing and drying reduce hands-on mop maintenance, but the dock itself requires a dedicated space and plumbing-like handling for water top-ups/draining (exact water tank behavior and drain method: Not specified).

After being a user of a couple of Roborock models (S50 and S5 Max) — which still work perfectly — I decided to upgrade to a significant evolution in the high-end range: the Q Revo Master. I passed the older devices to family members, since over all these years they’ve had no mechanical issues, which is much appreciated.
Highlights:
Minor negatives (don’t affect functionality):
Mp5c –
I’ve had lower back pain for years and can’t mop because I end up in bed for two days taking anti-inflammatories. I decided to buy a robot to help with the chores and, since I was spending the money, I chose the most complete model — and I’m absolutely thrilled. The first time we tried it, my husband swept and mopped the ground floor, then we set the robot loose, and we were amazed to find dust and little bits in its bin. I filmed it up close and could see it sucking dust from under the furniture. Since then we haven’t swept or mopped, and the house is always clean. I definitely recommend it!

Absolutely incredible — I’m very happy with the app; the build quality is excellent and it works flawlessly. It’s easy to set up and cleans very well; I bought the official cleaner because you need much less of it in the water tank than with other brands. Suction is quiet, it gets into corners and crevices, and it’s far more effective than our previous model. The rotating mop pads are simply fantastic — the floors come out spotless. On our two rugs, one can be difficult for it to climb depending on the direction of its pass, but turbo suction kicks in automatically on rugs, which is great.

This product is spectacular! It’s a shame we have to pay 90% in taxes — and then the thief comes along to complain about the taxation!!!
Muy bonitos –
Very satisfied — if you have pets and want the floors to stay clean with minimal effort, this is fantastic. I have three different types of flooring and it does a good job on all of them, including rugs. Now I only mop occasionally to disinfect. Truly great!
Negative points (few, in my opinion):
Those are the only issues I can think of — otherwise, everything is perfect!

My floors have never been this clean! I absolutely love this device — it’s fairly quiet and navigates around furniture and objects with ease (just remember to pick up cords). It easily covers my roughly 1,400 sq ft of hardwood without needing a recharge; the battery life is excellent. The app lets me edit the map and set cleaning schedules, whether a quick sweep or a deeper clean. Best of all, it’s the first robot vacuum my dog hasn’t tried to attack. I love it!

I’ve had this since December 2024, and it’s the only robot vacuum/mop that’s ever gotten my floors this clean. Rocky performs flawlessly day after day and is easy to clean and maintain. I can select specific rooms, schedule regular cleanings, use the PowerVac (excellent suction), mop only, or run the Smart Clean function. I talk to Rocky sometimes, but the app is fantastic—Wi‑Fi setup and connectivity keep me updated on any needs. Roborock meets all the demands of our busy household and is hands down my #1 cleaning tool. I’m really impressed.

I’ve never had a device like this before, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it’s fantastic. I have a mix of hardwood and area rugs and it cleans both thoroughly.
Pros: surprisingly quiet; you can set cleaning zones if you only want one area done; picks up tons of dirt; mop pads attach with Velcro and are very easy to change; you can block off no-go areas; the app shows the unit’s location and a live map of where it’s cleaned; setup is intuitive and quick; it automatically detects flooring type and adjusts cleaning modes; it self-cleans after a run; suction is powerful — it even caught a shoelace and dragged my hiking boot.
My wood floors look better and shinier since I started using it. I only use filtered tap water in the tank.
Cons: if debris gets on the lens it can become disoriented and lose track of where it’s going — this has happened to me twice.
Overall, this is a game changer for anyone who wants to stop spending time on floor cleaning and do more enjoyable things.

Where to begin… At first it looked and felt like a quality unit. I liked that it claimed to keep clean and dirty water separate, clean its mop pads, and empty its dirty vacuum tank. But after one use the problems started.
It doesn’t detect a full dirty tank, and it doesn’t know when the water tank is empty while mopping, so you never know when it stopped mopping. The mop misses the strip between mop pads, leaving streaks on the floor. When the vacuum tank gets full it tries to force in dirt and dog hair and makes awful mechanical noises like it’s about to break. We already have settings on max empty and high dust-bin frequency and we wash the mop after every room. If you want something fast and done right, this isn’t it.
The unit double-backs and overlaps when washing and mopping. I wanted to run vacuum-only or mop-only, but it does both at the same time and wets rugs I don’t want wet. The sweeper arm swings back into areas it just mopped. We hardly use it — it sat for months. Recently we tried to quickly vacuum the living room and it vacuumed the wrong room and even moved the docking station. I contacted support but wish we’d returned it after the first use. We’d already thrown the box away, and returning it requires a massive box to ship.
Save your money — we spent way too much for this experience.
Update: I definitely don’t recommend this company after emailing support. You have to pay out of pocket for shipping on mechanical failures even during the warranty period. The unit has been used maybe 10–15 times. We should have returned it within 30 days. Our box arrived damaged, and UPS wouldn’t accept it without an exterior box. It’s easier for us to use our new Shark vacuum — this unit freaks out if furniture isn’t exactly where it expects and takes forever. Customer service is slow, back-and-forth overseas, and they don’t want to refund me. They offered another unit that still moves its home base in the app and won’t clean the correct rooms. For the original price, we could have bought three Shark vacuums.
