Introduction
The eufy Robot Vacuum Omni C20 is a low-profile hybrid robot that combines suction, sweeping and powered mopping with an integrated maintenance station. It’s designed for people who want a largely hands-free floor care routine: the robot vacuums and mops, while the All-in-One station handles emptying, washing and drying.
If you live with pets, have a mix of hard floors and low-pile rugs, or simply dislike daily maintenance, this model aims to cut the chores down. Quick verdict: the Omni C20 packs strong suction and a powered mop into a compact chassis, with a station that truly reduces hands-on upkeep.

Design & Build
The Omni C20’s most obvious design choice is height: at 3.35 inches it’s a low-profile robot that slips under many couches, beds and desks (source: listing, checked 2025). That slim profile increases coverage in typical living rooms and bedrooms where low furniture often blocks taller cleaners.
Materials and exact weight are not listed in the product information. Visually and functionally the robot follows common eufy styling—matte plastic bodywork and a compact circular footprint—keeping the unit light enough to be moved when needed but sturdy enough for daily operation. The All-in-One station houses transparent water tanks so you can monitor levels without opening lids, which improves convenience and reduces accidental spills.
Ergonomics focus on reduced intervention: the station automates bin emptying and mop washing/drying, limiting how often you need to touch the robot. Controls and app interactions aren’t detailed in the listing, but the inclusion of an automated station points to a workflow aimed at users who prioritize “set it and forget it” cleaning.
Key Features
All-in-One Station — automated emptying, washing and drying
The included station handles three chores: it auto-empties collected debris, washes the mop pads and dries them using room-temperature air (source: listing, checked 2025). In practice this means less frequent visits to the trash and fewer damp mop pads to store. If you clean daily or have a busy household, the station reduces the back-and-forth of manual maintenance and helps the mop pads stay hygienic between cycles.
Where it helps: busy families, allergy sufferers, or pet owners who prefer a low-touch maintenance routine.
(Note: All-in-One Station appears in the listing as the core maintenance solution.)
Mop Master Technology — powered scrubbing for stains
Mop Master Technology delivers 180 rotations per minute and 6N of pressure to the mopping module (source: listing, checked 2025). That combination of rotational speed and downward pressure is designed to lift tougher dried spills and light scuffs that passive mops often miss.
Where it helps: kitchens and entryways where tracked-in grime or sticky spills are common, and for homes with kids or pets that create more frequent messes.
7,000 Pa Powerful Suction — strong pickup for dust and pet hair
The Omni C20 claims 7,000 Pa of suction power (source: listing, checked 2025). Combined with a rolling brush and side brush, the suction helps the robot collect crumbs, fine dust and pet hair from hard floors and low-profile carpet. Note the listing explicitly cautions that performance will vary by floor type and dust level.
Where it helps: hard floors, thresholds, and short-pile areas where concentrated suction and brushes can extract debris efficiently.
3.35‑inch Low‑Profile Design — reaches tight spaces
At 3.35 inches tall, the Omni C20 is designed to fit under low furniture that many robots can’t access (source: listing, checked 2025). That reduces the need for manual dusting in tucked-away zones and improves whole-room coverage.
Where it helps: under sofas, low beds, cabinets and desks where dust accumulates but is often missed by taller devices.
Pro‑Detangle Comb — hair management built in
The roller brush can rotate in reverse and uses a Pro-Detangle Comb that flips down to loosen and remove tangled hair from the brush (source: listing, checked 2025). This reduces the frequency of manual brush cleaning and keeps the roller performing efficiently longer.
Where it helps: multi-pet homes or long-haired households where hair wrap is a recurring maintenance pain.
2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi Only & Voltage Notes
The Omni C20 supports only 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi; it will not connect to 5 GHz networks. Also, the listing calls out 110V voltages and recommends purchasing the regional machine version suitable for your country (source: listing, checked 2025).
Where it helps: make sure you configure Wi‑Fi and buy the correct voltage model before ordering; this is especially important for international buyers.
Performance & Use
Setup and first runs
- Unbox and place the All-in-One station on a level floor near a power outlet. Confirm the station’s transparent water tanks are filled per the manual (not specified in listing).
- Place the robot on the dock and let it charge fully before the first run. The listing does not specify initial charge times or battery capacity.
Daily cleaning
- Use scheduled runs via the app (app name not specified in listing) or manual start to clear daily debris. The 7,000 Pa suction + brushes will handle crumbs and pet hair best on hard floors and low-pile carpets; as always, results will vary by floor type (source: listing, checked 2025).
Mopping and maintenance
- The Mop Master Technology’s rotational scrubbing and 6N pressure are designed to tackle tougher cake-on spills. The All-in-One station washes and dries the mop using room-temperature air, which reduces damp storage and mold risk (source: listing, checked 2025).
- Because the station uses room-temperature air, drying times might be longer in high-humidity environments. If you live in a humid climate, plan for slightly longer cycles or remove pads to air-dry manually for faster turnaround.
Hair snags and brush care
- The Pro-Detangle Comb helps reduce hair wrap; the roller can rotate in reverse to ease removal. Periodically inspect the roller area to clear any residual knots—this keeps performance consistent.
Connectivity and troubleshooting
- Ensure your home network operates a 2.4 GHz SSID visible to the robot. If your router defaults to combined bands, you may need to configure a separate 2.4 GHz network or temporarily disable 5 GHz during setup.
- Voltage: confirm you select the correct regional model (110V noted in listing). Using the wrong voltage version risks damage.
Cleaning the station
- Transparent water tanks let you see water and solution levels without opening lids, simplifying top-ups and preventing spills. The listing does not provide cleaning intervals; as a rule, rinse tanks weekly if you run frequent mopping cycles.
Useful real-life tips
- Block off sensitive areas (cords, small rugs, kids’ toys) the first few runs to establish a reliable map and avoid tangles.
- Run vacuum cycles more frequently in high-traffic zones; use targeted or spot clean modes if available in the app (app details not listed).
- For stubborn stains, pre-treat spots manually—the mop helps maintain floors but won’t always replace hands-on scrubbing for old or sticky residues.

I got this vacuum/mop combo with the all-in-one dock and just finished its first mapping and cleaning of the house. I can’t say enough good things. Setup was super easy, the app is user-friendly, and it cleaned really well. I have two large dogs—one long-haired shedder and one short-haired—and it handled the hair with no problems. I did a quick manual clean under the furniture this morning to give it a fresh start, but it still picked up plenty this afternoon and did an excellent job. It’s very quiet—definitely much quieter than a regular vacuum—and it even climbed an almost one-inch incline into my bathroom without issue. At the current Prime Day price, you can’t beat it. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Cleans really well as long as you pick up cords and other clutter first. For the price, it’s a great value. I love the auto dust-emptying and mop-pad cleaning at the charging base, and the mapping feature makes it much faster and more efficient than older models that just bounce around.
I have two concerns:1) It feels like you need the app to operate—there’s no dedicated button or included remote to start a clean. I wish it came with a remote so I wouldn’t have to rely entirely on app support over time.2) The two water tanks in the charging base worry me. Leaving clean and dirty water sitting in the base leads to nasty smells and feels like a bacteria risk. I now empty and rinse both tanks after each use. Even so, it’s still more efficient than mopping by hand, but it’s something to consider.

I’ve only had one other vacuum-mop before and I had to manually switch modes. I love that this one automatically switches between vacuum and mop and works really well. I have two dogs that shed like crazy, and it handles the fur pretty well. Replacement parts are inexpensive and easy to replace. TMI, but one day my dog had diarrhea on the floor while the mop was running. It cleaned most of it up, but the robot got pretty messy. It was actually super easy to remove the components and clean them — the filter caught a lot, and what it didn’t catch came out of the bin with no trouble. I was glad replacement parts were cheap because I ended up replacing several of them.

This is my second Eufy because the first one works so well—I wanted one on each floor. Why not five stars? The original unit was a gift and has worked flawlessly since Christmas. The one I bought behaved fine when I only vacuumed, but when I tried vacuuming and mopping the dirty water wasn’t being sucked into the tank, causing a mini flood around the machine and then the unit stopped working. Eufy’s customer service contacted me through the app and is sending a free replacement dirty water tank, admitting this has happened to others, so it seems to be a known issue. I appreciate the free replacement, but if the problem is known, why sell units before fixing them? The replacement will take 4–5 weeks, which is a long wait—I’m now waiting for the new tank and will update once I receive it.

The Eufy Omni C20 has been excellent for our home. It’s simple to program, remembers routes and routines well, and runs automatically each day, cleaning different rooms. It vacuums hard floors and medium-pile carpet very effectively and does a decent job with light mopping on tile and laminate/vinyl. It struggles with stuck-on grime and wet debris like mud, which tends to get smeared rather than picked up. The self-cleaning station works reliably for both vacuuming and mopping functions, and the robot docks easily with the base, which is also easy to maintain.
We have one cat, and the C20 consistently picks up an impressive amount of hair — almost embarrassingly so. We do need to remember to clear small objects and toys on scheduled cleaning days, but the robot navigates furniture, stair openings, and large obstacles quite well. The app is very user-friendly: setup and map management are straightforward, and the no-go zones are especially helpful to keep it away from the cat’s food and water and other tricky spots. Notifications alert us when it gets stuck or needs maintenance, which is handy.
Our home is a 1,500 sq ft ranch with roughly 50% carpet, 30% laminate, and 20% tile. We occasionally use a conventional vacuum on the carpet for deeper cleaning and let an older, non-programmable Eufy run in the unfinished lower level. While we linked the C20 to Alexa, most routines run automatically. For its price and performance, the C20 has been a very cost-justified choice for us.

Excellent product. Delivery took much longer than initially estimated and there were issues with the information from Amazon and the carrier that caused me stress and a bad impression of the seller. However, the seller was very kind, contacted me, and provided correct shipping details and an updated expected arrival date. Very well packaged, brand new and high quality. Super easy to set up — it’s already cleaning and very simple to use. This is the second item of this type I’ve owned; the first (a cheaper brand) lasted two years. This one looks far better made and I hope it lasts a long time. Very satisfied!

Autonomous, efficient, attractive and sturdy design. However, during mapping I can’t keep a map for one floor and use the device on another — it erases the map each time and needs to remap, so it seems you need one unit per floor. Also, occasionally when returning to the dock to recharge or empty it gets stuck at the entrance; this happened a few times but it’s better now. Overall it keeps the house clean with no dust or residue.

I love this mop vacuum! I even gave her a name — she’s part of the family. I can’t imagine how I lived without her; my floors are stunning and spotless. I was skeptical until I saw my sons using it while I was on vacation — it was absolutely amazing. I bought the version with the mop attachment and it really works. Treat yourself and get one. My four dogs don’t care about it, yet it picks up all their hair; the suction is fantastic and the mopping performance is outstanding. It’s very quiet — I haven’t even tried the strongest setting; the medium setting is perfect and it docks itself.

Background: I have a shedding dog, so I bought this hoping that running it every day would pick up dog hair from the floor.

What could be improved:
Overall:I really like this. It does a great job cleaning up dog hair and other debris and saves me a lot of time. If you have a dog, watch their reaction the first time — mine was scared at first but quickly sniffed it and got used to it. Very pleased and would recommend.
UPDATE:Eufy’s customer service is excellent — they emailed me addressing each of my improvement notes with helpful information. Very impressed.
