Introduction
The Eureka E10s is a bagless, self-emptying robot vacuum designed to automate floor cleaning while reducing ongoing consumable costs. It pairs a multi-cyclonic separation system and a HEPA filter with strong motor suction and LiDAR mapping to handle mixed homes with hard floors, rugs, and pet hair.
Who it’s for: busy households, pet owners, and people who prefer lower-maintenance robot vacuums that don’t rely on disposable dust bags. Quick verdict: if you want a bagless self-emptying robot vacuum with strong suction and LiDAR mapping at a midrange feature set, the Eureka E10s is worth considering.
What’s in the Box
- Not specified — the listing does not provide a detailed component list.
- Inferred (not specified): Eureka E10s robot vacuum (unit), bagless self-emptying station/base, charging cable/adapter, pre-installed HEPA filter, user manual.
- If specific accessories (extra brushes, replacement filters, mop pads) matter to you, check the retailer’s listing before purchase.
Design & Build
The manufacturer listing does not provide specific materials, weight, or external dimensions for the Eureka E10s, so those details are Not specified. What we can say from the product description and the category:
- The unit pairs a bagless self-emptying station with the robot itself. A bagless base eliminates the need for disposable dust bags and uses a sealed bin system in the base to hold several weeks of debris (the listing states up to 60 days). This reduces recurring costs and landfill waste compared with bagged systems (source: listing, checked 2025).
- The robot integrates dual brush heads and a mop plate for 2-in-1 vacuuming and mopping. The build likely includes reasonable dust-sealing at the collection interface to enable the bagless station to hold debris for extended periods.
- Ergonomics: the absence of detailed dimensions means you should confirm height if clearance under furniture is important. The bagless base will require floor space near an outlet for docking.
Because precise materials and dimensions aren’t provided, verify size and finish on the seller page if these factors would affect placement or compatibility in your home.
Key Features
Bagless Self-emptying Station: fewer supplies, less fuss
Benefit: The E10s uses a bagless self-emptying base designed to store up to 60 days of dirt and debris so you don’t have to empty the robot after every run (source: listing, checked 2025). Unlike bagged stations, this system removes the recurring cost of replacement bags—Eureka claims savings of up to $70 per year (source: listing, checked 2025).
Real-life use: For a two-person household or a pet owner, that means less frequent trips to the trash and fewer supplies to buy. If you schedule daily or several-times-weekly cleanings, the base can be a real time-saver.
Practical note: bagless bases still require occasional maintenance—emptying the base bin when full, wiping seals, and checking for clogs—so set a calendar reminder every few weeks to inspect the station.
Multi-Cyclonic Separation & HEPA Filter: cleaner air, longer filter life
Benefit: Multi-cyclonic separation reduces the amount of fine material reaching the cartridge, and the included HEPA filter captures smaller particles to improve indoor air quality.
Real-life use: Households with allergy sufferers, dust-sensitive individuals, or pets benefit from a HEPA-rated filtration stage that traps fine dust, dander, and pollen. The multi-cyclonic stage helps keep the filter from loading quickly, extending time between filter cleanings or replacements.
Practical note: HEPA filters still need inspection and occasional replacement depending on usage and household dust levels. The listing confirms the presence of the HEPA filter and multi-cyclonic tech, but does not state a filter replacement schedule—monitor performance or odors and consult the manual.
4000Pa Suction Power: deep cleaning on demand
Benefit: The E10s advertises 4000Pa of suction, a level that provides significantly more pull than many budget robot vacuums. This helps lift embedded dust, crumbs, and pet hair from carpets and hard floors (source: listing, checked 2025).
Real-life use: Expect better pickup of pet hair and ground-in debris at a single pass compared with low-suction models. That reduces the need to run multiple cycles over the same area.
Practical note: higher suction can mean somewhat higher noise and, depending on battery/runtime (not specified), may affect single-run coverage. Use the stronger suction modes on high-traffic areas and for periodic deep cleaning.
Precision LiDAR Navigation: efficient, repeatable cleaning
Benefit: LiDAR mapping enables the robot to scan and map rooms, plan systematic routes, and avoid repetition and missed spots. The listing also mentions PSD (likely a suite of sensors for edge and corner detection) to improve corner and furniture-edge cleaning.
Real-life use: Rooms get covered in predictable, straight passes instead of the random bounce pattern of cheaper robots. You’ll see fewer missed zones and more efficient battery usage across a mapped floor.
Practical note: LiDAR mapping also enables room-specific cleaning and no-go lines in companion apps on many devices—check the product page for app features and mapping controls if that matters to you.
2-in-1 Vacuum & Mop with Carpet Detection and Mop Lift
Benefit: The E10s combines dry vacuuming and wet mopping. It detects carpet and lifts the mop automatically—raising it on carpets and preventing dripping—as well as lifting the mop when returning to base.
Real-life use: This helps preserve carpets and rugs from unwanted moisture when using the mop function, so you can mop hard floors without having to remove rugs from the room.
Practical tip: To keep the mop mechanism working reliably, empty and clean the water tank and mop pads after mopping sessions, and allow components to dry to prevent odors or mildew.
Performance & Use
Setup and first-run tips
- Place the bagless self-emptying station against a wall on a firm, level floor near a power outlet. Allow 1–2 feet of clearance left and right for reliable docking. Specific clearance recommendations were not listed; consult the user manual for exact spacing.
- Perform a short initial mapping run in an uncluttered room so LiDAR can build a basic floorplan. Remove small objects, cords, and low-hanging clothes from the floor beforehand to avoid entanglements.
- Install the HEPA filter (if not pre-installed), attach brushes and the mop pad, and confirm water tank placement before enabling mop runs.
Daily/weekly use
- Schedule runs during times you won’t need quiet, or use lower suction modes if the app supports them. LiDAR mapping reduces redundant passes, but you can still set virtual boundaries for fragile areas.
- For households with pets, run the cleaner on a daily or every-other-day schedule during heavy-shedding seasons. The 4000Pa suction and dual brush heads improve hair pickup on both hard floors and low–medium pile rugs.
Maintenance essentials
- Inspect the robot’s main brush and side brushes weekly for hair wraps. Clean the rollers and remove long hairs with scissors rather than pulling to avoid damage.
- Check the HEPA filter every few weeks; while multi-cyclonic separation reduces dust loading, filters still need replacement at intervals depending on usage. The listing confirms the HEPA component but does not provide a replacement interval (Not specified).
- Wipe the mopping plate and let pads dry between uses. Empty and rinse the bagless base’s internal bin periodically—Eureka states the station can hold up to 60 days of debris but perform spot checks to ensure the base’s seal and sensors remain clear (source: listing, checked 2025).
Noise and runtime
- The listing includes suction figures but does not specify runtime, battery capacity, or noise levels—these are Not specified. If single-run coverage is crucial (large homes), confirm runtime and recharge behavior with the seller.
Troubleshooting
- If mapping seems off, restart the robot and run a fresh map. Keep reflective surfaces and direct sunlight exposure in mind—some LiDAR systems can be affected by extreme lighting conditions.
- If you notice decreased suction, check for a clogged inlet, wrapped brush, or a full filter. Multi-cyclonic separation helps, but no system is immune to blockages.

★★★★★
The Eureka E20 Plus exceeded my expectations. The 8000Pa suction is incredibly powerful and picks up dust, crumbs, and pet hair with ease, while the anti-hair-tangling brush really does save me from constant maintenance. The LiDAR navigation maps my home accurately and ensures efficient cleaning without bumping around. I love the convenience of the bagless self-emptying station — 45 days of hands-free use is a real game changer. The vacuum-and-mop combo works great for keeping floors fresh, and the app control makes scheduling and customization simple. A top-notch robot vacuum that’s both powerful and convenient!

I really like this robot vac and is an improvement to my previous Shark robot vac which is being used in the basement now. It is quiet and the navigation is better in every respect. For a mid range robot vac, it avoids most obstacles and any bumping is gentle. Though, cables and other small items will get dragged around, you just need to clear them out. The mop part is good but is basically a wipe, as it just drags the pad around. For my usage this is ok as it helps with picking up fine dust that may be bound to the living room floor and not easily suctioned. I tested it by pouring milk on the hardwood floor and it did wipe it up just fine, though this isn’t my main use case for the device. I washed the pad immediately afterwards, so the milk wasn’t spread around. The bagless nature of this robot vac was an important consideration in purchasing it and it works really well. Not having to worry about replacing bags is a huge plus.
The app is very good and full featured, having options like no go zones and room divisions. Overall, I’m well pleased with this purchase.

I had a Roomba years ago, when the technology first came out, it was the worst. I had been wanting to get a new model, especially with the new self emptying option as well as mop. Prime Days came and it seemed the perfect opportunity.
All of that being said I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!!
Within minutes of unboxing I had uploaded the app, connected the device to my WiFi and the vacuum was up and running AND I scheduled it to run every morning at 8am. I also synced the device with my Alexa. So I can say things like, “Alexa, start vacuum.” and my vacuum gets to work. But it gets better! The device mapped out my home and I was able to easily name each room on the app. So now, let’s say I spill something in the kitchen, I can say “Alexa, vacuum the kitchen” or select the kitchen on the map in the app and then select “clean” and here comes my vacuum (that we’ve named Finch), to the kitchen, vacuums just the kitchen, redocks itself and empties the onboard dust bin into the larger bin that is SO much easier(and less messy) to empty than the onboard dustbin. Ok, now let’s talk about the mop option. The reservoir is onboard and pretty small and can only be filled with water, no cleaning fluids. I have found that the mop feature works best for me when I select it manually. Then I spray a cleaner on the area to be mopped, as the device moves to the area to be mopped it dispenses water (you can set the level) and drops the mop pad.
I have interlocking laminate flooring and this mop works so much better than I ever thought it would.
I should also mention than I have a 10 year old son who plays baseball (think baseball red clay dirt) and two small dogs (one long hair, one short and they both shed substantially) and both the vacuum and mop features on this device have impressed me, as well as the ease of use.
As far as the volume, it’s not super loud but it’s not super quiet either. That being said it does not disturb my dogs at all, I will attach a video to prove that.
Oh! I almost forgot! The navigation feature on this device is 1MILLION times more improved than the earlier model I owned. It doesn’t get stuck and I checked the height of the device before I purchased it and it fits under my kitchen and bathroom cabinets, my dresser and end tables. Oh also! This dust and dog hair thirsty little sucker actually does this beautiful dance around my dining room table and chairs! I thought for sure it was just going to avoid that area all together or get stuck but no, it navigated itself around the legs of the chairs and table from the very first launch and seems to have even gotten better at it with each cleaning!
I can recommend this product without hesitation 100%
P.s. I have atttached the video of the device navigation itself in a very tight area and around my dog beds as my dogs slept. Unfortunately only one video can be uploaded per review so I can’t post the video I have of the device mopping and self emptying the onboard dust bin into the larger cyclonic bin on the dock. Sorry 🙁
P.S.S. I mentioned that I purchased this on Prime Day, I paid $200, but I would buy it again for full price without hesitation, it’s THAT good.

I bought the Dyson robot and that effing thing gets me a notification when it goes over to my floor registered that it’s stuck on a ledge and I paid a lot for that one. This one it goes through everything and anything and picks up everything and anything well almost anything, I’m doing renovations, but I do clean it out every night with an air blower to get the dust and debris out of the filter and the entire mechanism and it is still working as hard as it did the first day I bought it
yazmin –
I’m very happy with this robot vacuum — it’s a clear step up from my old Shark (which I now use in the basement). It’s quiet and its navigation is noticeably better. For a mid-range model it avoids most obstacles and any bumps are gentle. Small items and cables can get dragged, so you still need to pick up clutter beforehand.
The mopping function is basically a wipe — it just drags the pad — but that works for me to pick up fine dust that the suction misses. I tested it by pouring milk on hardwood and it wiped it up fine (I washed the pad immediately afterward so nothing spread). The bagless design was a key reason I bought it and it performs very well; not having to replace bags is a huge plus.
The app is feature-rich and easy to use, with options like no-go zones and room partitioning. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I’ve been using this product for a few days and love it! It vacuums and mops really well, maps rooms accurately, and the self-empty station is a huge time-saver. The app is easy to use, and I can start it with Alexa too. It’s quiet, efficient, and keeps my floors clean with almost no effort. Great value for the price-highly recommend!

Update:I returned the vacuum and got a refund, but a couple weeks later the company contacted us and offered to send a replacement. We told them we’d already returned it and been refunded, yet they still wanted to send one — which surprised us. I waited several months before updating because I expected it might fail again, but the replacement has been fantastic. I have it scheduled every night and it keeps up with our household of three adults and three kids plus frequent guests. I still sweep corners occasionally, but this does the heavy lifting of all the floor cleaning — my only real task is refilling the water. I’m so thankful and we’ll likely buy one as a gift. I’m confident the first unit was just a dud. Great customer service and we’re very happy with it!
Old review:At first it felt like magic for about a week. From day one I got errors saying dust collection failed because it was clogged, even though I checked both the robot and the base thoroughly and they weren’t clogged and seemed to empty fine. After the first week it stopped running the scheduled nightly cleanings even though the schedule was still active. Then it repeatedly couldn’t find a specified room, got lost, and even reported “charging unsuccessful” when it wasn’t near the base — error after error. It won’t clean at all right now. I’m really disappointed; I’d wanted one for years and with three small kids it would have been such a help. The cleaning itself was excellent during that initial week.

I had an older Roomba when the technology first came out and it was awful, so I was hesitant — but with the new self-emptying dock and mop option I decided to try this model on Prime Day. I’m so glad I did.
Setup was effortless: downloaded the app, connected to Wi‑Fi, and had it scheduled to run every morning at 8am within minutes. I also linked it to Alexa, so I can say “Alexa, start vacuum,” or “Alexa, vacuum the kitchen,” and it cleans exactly where I need. The app mapped my home automatically and I was able to name each room. Our robot (we named it Finch) will clean a single room on command, return to the dock, and empty its onboard bin into the larger, much less messy cyclonic bin.
The mop feature is surprisingly good for my interlocking laminate floors. The onboard reservoir is small and for water only, so I prefer to manually select mop mode and spray a cleaner on the area beforehand. The device dispenses water (adjustable level) and drops the mop pad as it reaches the spot. It works much better than I expected.
This model’s navigation is hugely improved over my old one — it doesn’t get stuck, maneuvers around table and chair legs from the first run, and fits under my kitchen and bathroom cabinets, dresser and end tables. I have a 10‑year‑old who plays baseball (think red clay dirt) and two small, heavy-shedding dogs, and both the vacuum and mop have handled the messes impressively. It’s not whisper-quiet, but it’s not overly loud either — it doesn’t bother my dogs.
I paid $200 on Prime Day and would buy it again at full price without hesitation. Highly recommend — 100%.

I’ve been using this robot vacuum and mop for a while now, and it has completely changed my cleaning routine. The 2-in-1 vacuuming and mopping function works really well, saving me time and effort. What I love most is the automatic cleaning feature — after finishing its job, the robot goes back to the base to wash and clean the mop on its own. This makes maintenance super easy and keeps the mop fresh every time.
The suction power is strong enough to pick up dust, hair, and crumbs, while the mopping function leaves the floor looking spotless. It’s also smart at navigating around furniture and doesn’t get stuck easily. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient cleaning assistant that truly makes daily life easier.

Update (7.7.24 – 8 months): Reducing my Rating to 1. I’m sorry I purchased this and feel as though it was a waste of money. At best I can use this as a regular vacuum without the mop function from here out but now need to find a new solution to mopping my main floor’s hardwoods and kitchen tiles. What a waste.
I had noticed that the internal collection compartment was getting gunked up. It seems that because it is vacuuming and mopping at the same time, it is basically mixing dust and water to make a mess inside the vacuum. When you normally mop, you sweep the area first or vacuum it, then mop. This device mops while vacuuming which makes wet dirt. This then is not ejected into the waste cannister correctly and can quickly build up. Essentially, you need to manually clean the vacuum every time you use it with the mopping feature defeating the purpose of the automatic waste cannister.
Today I noticed the unit is leaking. I don’t know from where but I found a wet spot beneath the charging station and it appears the hardwood floors beneath have been slightly damaged due to getting wet over time.
I wanted to like this product and did my best to give it every chance. Unfortunately it fails to deliver on what it was designed to do and in the future I will not be looking to Eureka for my vacuum or mop needs.
(original post) Purchased this for the 1st floor of my house 4 months ago. Tile kitchen, hard wood hall, hard wood dining room with an area rug. I also have a step down into a sunken living room and on the opposite side of the house, a step down into a sunken den. I don’t have pets.
I knew the living room and den would need the vac picked up and set back down which was fine. My main goal was to get something that would mop the kitchen and hardwoods regularly. Here’s my experience thus far.
What I like:
– The cleanout cannister doesn’t need to be emptied after each cleaning, is easy to use and dump out, and doesn’t require special bags like some of the other brands.
– The mop feature has been doing a decent job keeping the floors clean.
– For a mop and vac unit, the price was good compared to some of the other brands.
What I don’t like:
– The App is not the best. Some screens just need you to select a different option but other screens require you to also select a tiny check at the top corner. Not very intuitive. The room maps allow you to set up named regions and even virtual walls but there’s no options to set mop or vac intensity by room. For example, I’d want my kitchen mopped with the highest mop settings but the halls with the lowest. Also, I’ve set it to not mop at all and just vacuum and found it mopping anyways.
– The logic gets confused and I have one spot where it will continually return to, back up, move a few feet away, then return to the same location again. It will do this over and over until it runs out of charge. I’ve tried remapping the area, relocating the base station, doesn’t matter. I just now set up a virtual wall in the App to try and stop this from happening.
– Mopping reservoir has no gauge and the vac and app do not indicate when the unit is empty.
As I haven’t tried any other brands of vac/mop combo’s, I don’t know if any of these issues are better or worse industry wise.

Works very well and the automatic emptying is very convenient. I recommend buying it. Long hairs sometimes get stuck, but overall it performs very well. The home maps were deleted three times, but after an app update that stopped happening. It helps to keep backups of the maps.

Es un gran producto, la razón de las 4 estrellas es que, en ocasiones cuando llega a perder conexión a internet (fallas del ISP), hay errores en las limpiezas programadas, se necesita volver a entrar y seleccionar las habitaciones para cada uno de los programas

Great product — I give it 4 stars because when it loses internet connection (ISP issues) scheduled cleanings sometimes fail and you have to go back in and reselect the rooms for each program.

I’ve had it for a month and I haven’t needed to use the mop since.

llevo un mes con ella y ya no usa el mop

I bought the Dyson robot after a previous expensive model kept notifying me that it was stuck on a ledge. This one, however, navigates over everything and picks up almost all debris. I’m doing renovations so there’s a lot of dust, and I blow out the filter and mechanism with an air blower every night, but it’s still performing as well as it did on day one.

Es un gran producto, la razón de las 4 estrellas es que, en ocasiones cuando llega a perder conexión a internet (fallas del ISP), hay errores en las limpiezas programadas, se necesita volver a entrar y seleccionar las habitaciones para cada uno de los programas
