I am totally impressed. If you are looking for a device to take care of your mopping and vacuuming needs in your house or apartment, get this. The box comes with all the necessary components to get you started on keeping your house/room clean. The device has the sensors around it to avoid the items on the floor and keep cleaning around them. It can also mop, so you can set it up to mop after it vacuums the floors or set it to vacuum only if you have carpets. In the box you will find the remote so you are not locked to use your phone if that’s what you prefer. The design of it is similar to other manufacturers’ so your pets shouldn’t be scared if you had an experience with similar products before. I have a cat and she sheds a lot. MS1 max had no problem cleaning the hair on the floor at all. If you do use your phone, you will get extended functionality where you can track the device, create rooms to clean and how to clean; order mopping parts or other parts to replace. You can also create a schedule so when you are back from work, school or outing, your house/room will be clean. The app gives a lot of flexibility and choice to perform specific task at certain areas as necessary.
The robot itself is very sturdy. When it runs, it runs very smoothly. It does make some noise especially when it empties its tank to a tower.

So I bought this vacuum after a month of research on robot vacuums because so many have low 4 reviews. This robot had a 4.8 score so I went with it. Here is my review breakdown.
Pros:
1) The functionality of the unit is great. It maps out the floor, vacuums really good, and the mop feature is surprising great. When I walk on the floor after the vacuum is done, it truly feels clean!
2) The self emptying feature is awesome. Some people are complaining that the bag inside the unit is one time use. You can easily take a shop vac and empty out the bag or snip a slit in the back and use some velcro to make it a multiple use emptying bag. People need to be a little more resourceful.
3) It looks good and modern.
Cons
1) The battery. After the 3rd time we ran this unit, it would drop from 100% to 90% the moment it was off the charger. By the time it is done in the kitchen, it is down to 70%. It claims it can do 2000 square feet on a charge. Maybe the first time. But after 4 times, this vacuum has to go back to the charging station and our first floor is approximately 1000 square feet.
2) The claim is that this unit is quiet. This little robot is loud as sin. It growls and roars the entire time it cleans. And that is when it isn’t on turbo suck. When you turn on turbo suck, it will be at 50% very quickly off the charger.
I have actually changed my review to 5-stars not because the company bought my review, but they tried to fix our issues. They have supplemented us with battery replacements and accessories. This robot vacuum functionally is amazing. Beware of possible battery life issues, but the company will help you out.

Vacuuming — I’m very impressed. It’s powerful and quiet; the 5000Pa suction handles dust and pet hair with ease. I appreciate being able to control everything from my phone. I replaced a Roomba I’d had for years and the LIDAR mapping is very accurate. Setting up the “do not go” zones was straightforward. I run it daily on Turbo Clean for our two shedding dogs across about 1,200 sq ft. The main maintenance is removing tangled human hair from the brush, which I don’t mind.
Mopping — It does a decent job for light service cleaning, but it can’t distinguish our large area rug tucked under the couch from hardwood. Trying to map that rug as a “do not go” zone is difficult, and I expected it would avoid mopping rugs the way it avoids them when vacuuming.
Dust bags — I was surprised it uses dust bags instead of a simple dustbin. While a bag may last a long time, having to buy replacements adds cost and inconvenience, and I’ve seen reports that bags can be back-ordered.

After a full cycle, I run my Dyson vacuum with the green laser light—and the floors are spotless. I don’t see any dust particles or residue at all.
Navigation is also highly accurate. The unit finds its way around my entire apartment and maps everything out perfectly in the app. The app is very intuitive and easy to use, and I love being able to send it to clean specific rooms or targeted areas on demand.
So far, it’s been very reliable, and I’m extremely happy with the results. If you’re looking for a smart, efficient, and effective vacuum-mop combo, this is a fantastic choice. Five stars, no hesitation!

Von der Reinigungsqualtiät sind wir sehr begeistert. Wir hätten tatsächlich mit viel mehr Herausforderungen gerechnet. Er umgeht geschickt alle Hindernisse und findet Wege die Stellen doch zu erreichen. Die Saugleistung ist hervorragend. Unter unserer Couch war es noch nie so sauber! 😀 Lautstärke ist völlig in Ordnung, so das er auch Nachts seine Runden drehen kann. Er findet zielsicher zu seiner Station zurück, dockt an und wird automatisch abgesaugt. Mit Hepa Filter usw. Super!

I purchased the MONSGA Robot Vacuum on July 1, 2025 and wanted to give it some time before I left a review.
-Vacuuming – I’m absolutely impressed with the MONSGA Robot Vacuum. It’s powerful, quiet, and the 5000Pa suction picks up dust and pet hair effortlessly. I love being able to control everything from my phone. I bought this to replace my Roomba that I had for several years. The LIDAR is very accurate and setting up the “do not go” zones was easy. I have it set on the Turbo Clean mode since we have 2 dogs that shed, and it runs daily. I’m asking it to do about 1200 sq feet of flooring. I do find myself needing to clean the brush since human hair gets tangled, but I just consider that part of maintenance.
-Mopping – it does a good job mopping for “service cleaning.” We have a large area rug tucked under our couch. The mopping feature can’t determine the difference between a rug and hardwood floors. Trying to map out the large area rug as a “do not go” zone is quite difficult if not almost impossible. I was hoping the vacuum would be able to determine the difference between a rug and hardwood floors like it does while vacuuming and not try to mop the rug.
-Dust bags. I really thought it would just have a dustbin that you empty after each clean. But no, it has dust bags. While one may last you a long time, the fact that you will need to buy dust bags at some point creates an additional expense and is just inconvenient. I’ve also read the dust bags seem to always be on back-order.
-Customer Service – Awesome customer service! Questions asked are answered quickly with videos and solutions.
Totally worth the money! Would buy again.

Upgraded from a very old robot hoover and must say I’m thoroughly impressed. Found it very easy to set up, it mapped my house excellently and the mopping function is a god send. Love having the option of both the app and the remote control and can’t fault the product, which picks up pet hair well and is thorough with mopping with the added benefit of being self emptying. Amazing product, worth every penny.

Il ne remplace pas un nettoyage en profondeur, mais fait gagner beaucoup de temps au quotidien. Je recommande !

Well packaged. Easy to connect and set up. The German manual is excellent. We’re really impressed with the cleaning performance — we expected far more difficulties, but it skillfully avoids obstacles and still reaches the spots that matter. The suction power is outstanding; it’s never been this clean under our couch! 😀 The noise level is perfectly acceptable, so it can run at night. It reliably finds its way back to the dock, docks, and is automatically emptied (with HEPA filter, etc.) — great! Our monster is named Dirt Reynolds and we’ve officially adopted him. Seriously, the price-to-performance ratio is absolutely top-notch. Clear purchase recommendation from us. Oh, and the mopping function is flawless.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Saug- und Wischroboter! Die Reinigungsergebnisse sind hervorragend – selbst feinster Staub und Tierhaare verschwinden zuverlässig, und der Wischmodus hinterlässt die Böden streifenfrei sauber. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass er automatisch zwischen Teppich und Hartboden unterscheidet und seine Saugkraft anpasst.
Die Bedienung über die App ist super intuitiv: Zeitpläne lassen sich leicht einrichten, einzelne Räume gezielt reinigen und der Reinigungsverlauf wird übersichtlich angezeigt. Auch die Navigation überzeugt – er fährt systematisch durch die Wohnung, bleibt nicht hängen und kehrt zuverlässig zur Ladestation zurück.
Was mich wirklich überrascht hat, ist, wie leise er arbeitet. Man kann ihn problemlos laufen lassen, während man arbeitet oder Fernsehen schaut. Die Akkulaufzeit reicht locker für unsere ganze Wohnung.
Insgesamt ein Top-Gerät, das mir jeden Tag viel Arbeit abnimmt. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
