Mit diesem Modell scheinen wir großes Glück gehabt zu haben. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell, es war alles in TOP-Zustand und die Installation ist gut erklärt und war schnell erledigt.
Eingestellt über die leicht zu installierende und zu bedienende App, beginnt er nun jeden Tag seine Arbeit zur gleichen Zeit. Er saugt alles sauber, was sich ihm bietet. Er erkundet neugierig die vier auf der Etage vorhandenen Räume nach einem nur ihm bekannten Algorithmus. Dann reinigt er sehr sorgfältig. Er tastet sich vorsichtig vorwärts und ist sehr rücksichtsvoll zu seiner Umgebung. Er ist recht flach und kommt gut unter Möbelstücken voran. Er krabbelt durchsetzungsfähig über Teppichkanten und saugt auf dem Teppich dann stärker. Er legt sich auch mit Fransen oder Kabeln an – und verliert bisweilen (wir haben beide gelernt: Rankpflanzen wurden von mir neu drapiert und die Kabel soweit möglich aus dem Weg geräumt – er ist an den bewussten Stellen noch vorsichtiger, hängt auch kaum noch fest!) Die Wischfunktion nutzen wir selten, aber sie ist ausreichend. Über die Karte in der App können wir den jeweils zurückgelegten Weg nachverfolgen, denn er ist – dies je nach App-Einstellung – bei uns nicht besonders laut.
Wenn er nach etwas über 1 Std. mit seinem Auftrag fertig ist, wird der niedrige Akku-Stand akustisch gemeldet und er fährt zu seiner Ladestation zurück. Bei manuell erteiltem Auftrag erfolgt dies etwas unkoordiniert und mit großen Umwegen. Das Aufladen dauert dann ca. 1/2 Tag. Das ist den einzige Kritikpunkt, denn es ist unverhältnismäßig lange und sollte schneller gehen.
Es bleibt sein großes Geheimnis, wie er den Staubbehälter jeden Tag bis zum Anschlag füllt, obwohl er seine Arbeit seit mittlerweile Wochen an immer gleicher Stelle verrichtet. Vielleicht lässt er absichtlich immer etwas für den Folgetag zurück? Und wie lange hält dieser “Enthusiasmus” an?
Wir sind also SEHR zufrieden mit ihm. Es ist merklich staubfreier als früher, bei der von uns nur wöchentlich manuell durchgeführten Saugreinigung. Ab jetzt also nur noch MIT Saugroboter.

This little robot really gets the job done. We have a 1050 sq ft condo with laminate, tile and carpet flooring as well as an accent rug in the livingroom. The Tikom easily transitions from the laminate onto the rug without getting hung up. The first time I used it, I thought it wasn’t going into the corners and up close to the baseboards, but by letting it do its thing, after it had cleaned all of the floor surfice, it then went around the whole room right up to the baseboards, little side brushes whirling away all the dust, right into the corners. It is also slim enough to go under 3 cabinets that my older version Roomba gets stuck under. I used the mop on the kitchen floor for the first time today and had to adjust the water output to the lowest level so as not to put too much water on the laminate. I didn’t think the floor was at all dirty, but when I removed the mop cover, it said otherwise. I also love that the suction is adjustable. I use it on the highest setting for the very dense carpeting in the bedroom and den and it does an amazing job. For the price of this robot in comparison to Roomba and some other brands, I believe it’s very good value. Very please with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a robot vacuum.

I live in a studio apartment and this robot vacuum is the perfect helper for keeping my entire place clean! I have tried other robotic vacuum cleaners before, and this one is easily the smartest and most effective one. The user interface is very easy to use and the vacuum is able to magically clean the entire floor while avoiding obstacles. Once it is finished it easily returns to the docking station, truly fascinating to see. It is able to map my entire place so accurately and does not get stuck nor lost. I can just press one button when I leave for work and the vacuum will clean my entire floor while I am away, so convenient! This little robot really gets the job done. We have a 1050 sq ft condo with laminate, tile and carpet flooring as well as an accent rug in the livingroom. The Tikom easily transitions from the laminate onto the rug without getting hung up. The first time I used it, I thought it wasn’t going into the corners and up close to the baseboards, but by letting it do its thing, after it had cleaned all of the floor surfice, it then went around the whole room right up to the baseboards, little side brushes whirling away all the dust, right into the corners. It is also slim enough to go under 3 cabinets that my older version Roomba gets stuck under. I used the mop on the kitchen floor for the first time today and had to adjust the water output to the lowest level so as not to put too much water on the laminate. I didn’t think the floor was at all dirty, but when I removed the mop cover, it said otherwise. I also love that the suction is adjustable. I use it on the highest setting for the very dense carpeting in the bedroom and den and it does an amazing job. For the price of this robot in comparison to Roomba and some other brands, I believe it’s very good value. Very please with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a robot vacuum.

El único punto negativo que le encuentro es que requiere cinta magnética para definir los límites a los que no quieres que acceda el robot y en la caja apenas hay medio metro. Mi recomendación es comprar mínimo otros 2 metros de cinta junto con este robot.

This is our first vacuum-and-mop robot. And honestly? It brings us a lot of joy!We seem to have been very lucky with this model. Delivery was fast, everything arrived in perfect condition, and setup was well explained and quick. After setting it up via the easy-to-install, user-friendly app, it now starts its job at the same time every day. It vacuums thoroughly wherever it can, exploring the four rooms on the floor with some mysterious internal algorithm, then cleans very carefully. It moves cautiously and is considerate of its surroundings. Its low profile lets it get under furniture easily. It confidently climbs over rug edges and increases suction on carpets. It sometimes tangles with fringes or cables — we’ve both learned from that (I rearranged a trailing plant and moved cables out of the way), and now it’s even more careful and rarely gets stuck. We rarely use the mopping function, but it’s adequate. The app’s map lets us track its path, and depending on the settings it’s not particularly loud.After just over an hour it beeps to signal low battery and returns to the charging dock. When sent out manually it can return in a rather disorganized way with big detours. Charging takes about half a day, which is our only complaint — it feels disproportionately long and should be faster.It remains a mystery how it manages to fill the dustbin to the brim every day even though it always works in the same place — maybe it deliberately leaves a little for the next day? How long will this enthusiasm last?We are VERY satisfied. The house is noticeably less dusty than when we only vacuumed manually once a week. From now on, we’ll always have a robot.

It does a thorough job, cleaning my room first in the horizontal direction, then in diagonal direction. Battery is more than enough for the second floor of my house for I’ve already had one for the first floor. So far I’m happy with it.

Great value for the money. Stopped working a little after the return window ended, but customer service was prompt and helpful, and gave me a refund for purchasing a new brush. Now its working really well. I used to have a Deebot at home, but moved it to my office. I have 4 small pets at home, including a long hair cat that sheds like crazy. Compared to the deebot, this vacuum is much less expensive, doesn’t get as much hair stuck in the front wheel or the brushes, isn’t self emptying (but I wanted it that way, because I ended up having to manually empty the deebot 80% of the time anyway), and does a much better job at mopping and vacuuming at the same time (in the deebot, the moisture would mix with the dust in the dust chamber, but in the Tikom, the dust chamber is bone dry). On the other hand, Deebot’s app is a lot better, giving you a clearer picture of the what’s been vacuumed and what hasn’t (it shows you a map of your whole house, and what areas have been finished, and allows you to select specific zones of the house to clean from the complete map, whereas the Tikom only shows you what’s been finished, hard to figure out what the image represents without being superimposed on a map of the whole house), and the self-emptying feature works fine in my office, where there’s a lot less hair. The tikom is also takes about twice as long to finish my house. Still, overall, i’d recommend it if you don’t want to spend more than $150

I’ve been using this robot vacuum and mop combo for a few weeks now and I honestly love it. This is a great robot vacuum for a great price. I’ve never owned one so I don’t have anything to compare it to but it does a great job. We run it 2-3 times a week and I’m always surprised at how much is in the collection chamber. We have tile floors and because of our robot vacuum our feet never feel dusty or dirty. It does well going from tile to rugs (as long as it’s not a shag rug). We haven’t used the mop function yet so can’t speak to that yet but it’s nice to know we have it should we need it. Sometimes the vacuum has a hard time finding it’s “home” but overall it’s a great product, especially if you don’t want to shell out lots of money for the big brand names.

The adjustable suction is great: I use the highest setting on the dense carpeting in the bedroom and den and it cleans wonderfully.
