Introduction
The YEEDI M12 PRO+ is a mid-to-high-end robot vacuum mop that combines stronger suction, smarter obstacle avoidance, and an automated dock for hands-free maintenance. It’s designed for homes with mixed surfaces—hard floors and carpets—and for people who want a low-effort, whole-home cleaning routine without frequent brush or tank handling.
Who it’s for: apartment dwellers, busy households with pets, and anyone who wants more automation from a robot that vacuums and mops. Quick verdict: the M12 PRO+ packs convincing suction and clever mopping controls into a compact package, but expect to check some setup notes (Wi‑Fi band and initial mapping) before you rely on fully autonomous operation.

Design & build
The M12 PRO+ presents as a low-profile round robot designed to slip under furniture and into tighter spaces. The listing emphasizes a compact charging and maintenance hub rather than a bulky base: the Mini OMNI Station is described as space-efficient and quieter than larger docks, which helps if you keep the station in a living area or a hallway.
Materials and durability: specific plastics, weight, and dimensions are not specified. The unit does include a reinforced anti-tangle roller brush and durable edge-mopping hardware designed to withstand repeated contact with skirting boards and furniture. The mopping plates feature an auto-lift mechanism driven by ultrasonic carpet detection, which reduces wear on mop pads and prevents wetting carpets.
Ergonomics: the robot’s low height aids reach under sofas and beds. The Mini OMNI Station’s compact footprint makes it easier to place in tight spaces and provides convenient water tank access, according to the listing.
Key Features
11,000 Pa powerful suction
Benefit: High suction is most noticeable on carpets and dense rugs—it pulls more embedded dirt and pet hair than lower-powered machines. For households with shedding pets or deep-pile rugs, the 11,000 Pa rating should translate into fewer passes and better pickup on a single run. (source: listing, checked 2025)
Where it helps: tougher vacuuming zones like entryways, runner rugs, and pet-designated areas.
TruEdge adaptive edge mopping
Benefit: The TruEdge system keeps the mop plate within 0.039 inches (about 1 mm) of walls and skirting to improve edge cleaning and reduce missed debris. The listing claims a 98% boost in edge coverage compared with unspecified competitors or prior models, and the mop module will automatically retract to avoid obstacles.
Where it helps: along baseboards, under cabinets, and around table legs where conventional mops and many robots commonly miss grime. (source: listing, checked 2025)
ZeroTangle anti-tangle technology
Benefit: Hair build-up at the brush is a frequent maintenance chore; the M12 PRO+ uses Dual Comb Teeth Arrays and a redesigned roller brush with angled, flat bristles to keep hair from wrapping around the brush. The manufacturer claims a tangling rate as low as 0%.
Where it helps: homes with long-haired pets or residents with long hair, reducing brush cleaning frequency and maintaining suction efficiency. (source: listing, checked 2025)
Auto-lift mopping with ultrasonic carpet detection
Benefit: An ultrasonic sensor detects carpets with high accuracy and lifts the mopping plates automatically, switching the robot from mopping to full vacuum mode and maximizing suction. This lowers the risk of wetting carpets and prevents cross-contamination between mop water and carpet fibers.
Where it helps: open-plan spaces where carpets and hard floors intermix—no need to worry about manual no-go lines to avoid carpeted zones.
OZMO TURBO 2.0 + Auto small tank refill
Benefit: The OZMO TURBO 2.0 mopping system is paired with an electronically controlled small water tank (55 ml) and an “Auto Small Tank Refill” that provides continuous water replenishment for more consistent mopping pressure and stain dissolution. The system is intended to handle tough spots and even help dissolve dried stains over time.
Where it helps: sticky or dried spots in kitchens and dining areas; homes where regular mopping is needed but manual refill/replacement of tanks would be inconvenient. (source: listing, checked 2025)
TrueDetect 3D 3.0 and TrueMapping 2.0
Benefit: Advanced obstacle sensing and rapid mapping help the robot avoid small objects and plan efficient cleaning paths. The combination is designed to reduce collisions and get a full house map quickly so the robot can clean room-by-room and follow no-go or no-mop zones if configured through the app.
Where it helps: cluttered homes, multi-room apartments, and households that want reliable map-based scheduling and room-targeted cleaning.
Mini OMNI Station (compact auto-serve base)
Benefit: The compact docking station supports Auto-Empty, One-Tap Self-Cleaning, Auto Refill with Drain, and reduced operational noise—bringing many maintenance tasks to a single base that fits into tighter spaces.
Where it helps: small living spaces or hallways where a large station would be impractical; users who prefer a quieter dock that still automates emptying and refilling tasks. (source: listing, checked 2025)
Long runtime
Benefit: The M12 PRO+ advertises up to 180 minutes of cleaning on a single charge—enough for larger apartments or several rooms in medium-size homes without a mid-cycle recharge.
Where it helps: multi-room cleaning sessions and whole-floor coverage without repeated docking for charging. (source: listing, checked 2025)
Performance & use
Setup tips
- Wi‑Fi: the robot only supports 2.4 GHz networks—set your phone and router accordingly during setup. The device will not connect to 5 GHz networks. (source: listing, checked 2025)
- Mapping: keep floors relatively clear the first time you build a map to speed up TrueMapping 2.0’s initial sweep; extraneous items can confuse layout detection.
- Placement: position the Mini OMNI Station in a low-traffic corner with a bit of clearance on either side for better docking reliability.
Daily use
- Scheduling: use room-based schedules in the app to target high-traffic rooms during the day and less-used rooms at night.
- Mopping mode: the robot lifts the mop automatically when it senses carpets, but avoid leaving puddles or heavy liquid spills that might confuse the sensor or soil the mop excessively.
- Emptying/refill: the Mini OMNI Station’s auto-empty and auto refill features reduce daily handling; still expect occasional manual filter and brush checks—especially if you have heavy pet dander.
Maintenance
- Brushes: ZeroTangle reduces hair wrap, but inspect the brush monthly if you have pets; clear foreign objects from the intake to maintain suction.
- Pads & tanks: the 55 ml small tank is electronically controlled; follow the manual for recommended cleaning intervals. Replace mop pads per manufacturer guidance.
- Software: update firmware and maps through the app to keep obstacle detection and mapping algorithms up to date.
Real-world notes
- The 11,000 Pa claim improves carpet pickup but doesn’t eliminate the need for supplemental spot vacuuming in very high-traffic or heavily soiled areas.
- The 55 ml tank is small compared with some full-size reservoirs; the auto-refill system is useful, but verify that your lifestyle requires continuous small top-ups rather than a larger single refill.

Closing thoughts & buying advice
The YEEDI M12 PRO+ is a good fit if you want a mostly hands-off cleaning experience with strong suction and thoughtful mopping automation—especially in homes with mixed floor types and pets. Its anti-tangle brush and auto-lift mopping reduce common frustrations, and the compact Mini OMNI Station adds convenience without taking up a lot of floor space.
Before you buy, confirm the seller’s included accessories and ensure your home network has a 2.4 GHz SSID available for setup. If you prioritize tank size above automation, compare models with larger reservoirs or different docking strategies.
If the balance of suction, anti-tangle brushwork, and automated mopping/refill appeals to you, the YEEDI M12 PRO+ is worth a close look.

The only thing going for this machine is that it was cheap, to have it for sale at ~500 AUD is unconscionable.

So far so good. I like the fact that it does what it supposed to do and the App lets you improve the cleaning result. I have this one now for some Days and I found some flaws that can be cleared most of the time with the App. I had an Ecovacs T5 before and it died with drop sensor errors. But it was cleaning in standard mode a touch better than this new M12+ for vacuum only. What I do not understand is why there is only one front rotating brush instead of the usually two. Just for this, the M12+ leaves sometimes pieces of bigger than rice grains behind.
The option to mopp and vacuum the same time is not smart. The area of vacuuming is smaller than the mopping area, thus the mops are running over dusty floors and fill up very quickly with dirt and just spread that around instead of cleaning. The help is in the App. Set it to vacuum only or vacuum first then mopp setting. Also the standard vacuum setting is not as exact as the deep cleaning. In deep cleaning it hugs closer to the furniture edges. More on a touch resistance setting than the optical laser what likes to turn away a bit to much from shiny edges.
Change the Mop washing based on time not on room. It will run out of water quickly and doesn’t go to refill right away, leaving the drymoped areas unmoped when it comes back from refilling. I set it to 10 Minutes. Makes sure it is using the most clean mops.
I give it five Stars because it is a very good price for what you get. The more expensive ones don’t do much more than this can do too. And it is important that you have a good App that can help with individual settings to improve the overall experience.
My Brother has this same one since some years now in Austria and he still love it. His Wife has a dust Allergy. Meaning this thing runs there a lot.

I recently purchased the Amazon Robot Vacuum Mop, and it’s been a game-changer for my home. The value for money is fantastic offering high-end features like strong suction, effective mopping, and impressive battery life at a fraction of the cost of premium models. The build quality is solid, with durable materials that have held up well with daily use. Its mapping accuracy is spot-on, navigating my home systematically without getting stuck or missing spots. The cleaning ability is exceptional, handling both vacuuming and mopping with ease—suction power picks up dirt and debris, while the mop leaves floors spotless without streaks. The robot is sensitive to obstacles, gliding smoothly over various surfaces and adjusting its cleaning power as needed. Overall, I’m extremely impressed by the performance and affordability of this vacuum mop, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable cleaning. Loved this product gonna recommend my friends to get this robot vacuum for great value.

I’ve been a Yeedi customer since July 2022, when I purchased one of their first robot vacuums. That unit cleaned well but had many flaws, including app bugs, frequent difficulty returning to the charging station, and getting lost mid-cleaning. Despite those frustrations, I decided to give Yeedi another chance and purchased the M12 Pro+ during Prime Day in July 2025, hoping for a much better experience three years later.
First, the mopping pads adhesive tape detached within a short time of use. I had to wait a full week to receive a replacement of the mopping plates that was covered with the 1 year warranty, leaving me unable to use the mopping functionality during that time. When the mopping plates replacement arrived, the mopping plates worked for a short period, but then the exact same issue happened again — the adhesive that holds the mopping pad to the plate came off once more. This caused the pads to bend sideways, mop unevenly, leave streaks, and become folded in ways that damaged them.
Second, the vacuum’s pet hair performance is far below expectations. The M12 Pro + has also not performed as advertised, particularly for pet hair, which was a key reason for my purchase. I have a large dog that sheds a lot along with a cat, and every cleaning cycle results in clumps of hair wrapped around the roller brush and stuck along the sides. Hair frequently accumulates in the middle section leading to the dustbin, clogging it and stopping proper cleaning. I’ve had to use tweezers to manually remove the pet hair after nearly every run, making the process anything but “hands-free.”
The app continues to have bugs similar to my 2022 experience. Despite remapping my entire house four times, the M12 Pro+ still gets lost mid-cleaning and often fails to find the station signal to return for charging and self-cleaning. The app glitches make it even more frustrating to operate day-to-day and the robot vacuum icon goes outside of the map getting lost frequently.
Although I had high hopes that my Yeedi experience would be better three years later, I continue to face many of the same problems as with my first Yeedi vacuum in July 2022. This may be partly because the M12 Pro+ is Yeedi’s first model with spinning mopping pads, and like many first-generation products, it suffers from early design flaws. If future versions of this model are released with improved performance, reliability, and app functionality, I would consider trying Yeedi again. However, I will no longer purchase newly launched first-generation models, as they tend to carry over old flaws while introducing new ones.
Given the recurring defects, delays in resolving them, and poor performance for pet hair, I cannot recommend the Yeedi M12 Pro+ for pet owners.

I purchased the Yeedi M12 Pro+ in February 2025. Everything arrived packaged very well. I did not have any problems setting it up or using the APP. Initially, the Yeedi vacuumed and mopped as stated in the description, which was great with two dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Boston Terrier, and three adults living in the home. Mostly, we do not wear outside shoes in the house. Then, one day, I saw that the Yeedi had dropped a clump of Golden Retriever dog hair as it passed over an entry rug. I thought that was weird, so I looked in the dustbin, but it was empty. I looked at the roller brush and saw a big clump of dog hair all around the roller. At first, I thought our dog was just blowing his winter coat, and I would step up the cleaning by vacuuming twice in the main areas of the house, and my husband continued to brush the dog, but the hair clog scenario continued. I contacted Yeedi, and their customer support was quick, as well as helpful with suggestions. After many, many, many emails back and forth, I decided the Yeedi was not performing as advertised in regard to the pet hair, so I essentially asked for a return/ refund. I was offered a replacement of the same model Yeedi for mine, but I reasoned that would not solve the pet hair clogging the roller. I had followed every suggestion from customer service. What would be different in a replacement of the same model? Then, I was offered a percentage refund due to having the Yeedi since February. Considering my purchase was less than six months ago, I asked for a different version of Yeedi, but instead, I was then offered my full refund. I honestly did not want to deal with packing the Yeedi up and returning it while waiting for a replacement, a different model, or starting new research for a different brand. I had researched many hours before deciding on the Yeedi M12 Pro+.
Here is what I have done since: I kept the M12 Pro+, and I just decided I would check the roller and dust bin to see if there was a clog every few days, clean the roller, and just deal with it. THEN, one day I decided to check the filter (I had changed the filter twice already within 6 months), and discovered the filter was filled with dust, so I changed the filter. I have since just changed the filter every Saturday after the floors are vacuumed and mopped. I change the filter and wash the dirty filter once a week, and so far, no more hair clogging. The filter isn’t grossly clogged; I just change it as regular maintenance/ routine. At first, I felt this would be expensive, but the filters are washable, and yes, after awhile, they will not do the best job, but a couple of washings and rotating will keep the clogs from happening. I have also changed the mop heads once a week, but I do not put clean mop heads back on until I mop the floors. The mop heads always seemed dingy. I wash the mop station each time the floors are mopped. Yeedi is not perfect, but I think it is a worthwhile investment with a few personal adjustments. I run the Yeedi in the main living areas of our house every day with deep clean suction. I vacuum and mop once a week with deep clean and max suction, and then I change the filter and take off the dirty mop heads. Since doing this, I do not have hair clogs, and the floors are always free of dust and hair. It’s a bit of machine maintenance, but I feel that with the customer service emails, and with my own observation and personal solutions, the hair clog situation has been resolved. Essentially, the small filter clogs quickly, so the suction is reduced, and the hair is not able to be sucked into the dustbin, so it wraps around the roller and collects rather than being sucked into the dust bin and dust bag. As an extra note, I had purchased the Yeedi Cube two months after I purchased the Yeedi M12 Pro+, and it performs well. There is less traffic upstairs, but I have found the Yeedi Cube to be a good investment, too. It is NOT the M12 Pro+, but in a different part of the house, it does a great job, and the M12 Pro+ is the powerhouse in the main part of the house. Just FYI: the downstairs is hardwood with a small area rug, and three door mats.

I haven’t owned a robot vacuum in years — back when iRobot dominated the market. With multiple pets, I burned through three of those older models quickly, and having to replace the deck for the fifth time on the last one was the last straw. Fast forward to now: it’s fall, I have six cats, and I’m constantly tracking in leaves and mud. I wanted a robot that could both vacuum and mop. After watching videos I liked the Roborock Qrevo Pro, but that price made me hesitate. Then I spotted the Yeedi M12+ Ultra on sale for several hundred dollars less and decided to take the chance. I’ve had it for almost two weeks and I love it.
The unit is bigger than I expected, but I made space for it without trouble. Unboxing and setup were simple. The only slightly fiddly part was connecting to the home network and letting it map the house. Tip: mapping/editing in the app is pretty basic, so prepare your home before you start — clear as much off the floor as possible (rugs, movable chairs, toys), open doors to rooms you want mapped, and ensure good lighting. For my 820 sq ft single-level home it mapped in roughly 10 minutes.
The software could use improvement — map editing is rudimentary (you can combine rooms, split them, and marquee-select no-go zones), but scheduling and cleaning scenarios are easy to set up. You can monitor the robot’s path in the app and adjust suction, cleaning speed, mop water level, number of passes, and pad drying time. While cleaning, it verbally alerts you when it needs to return to the base to empty the dustbin, dump water, clean the pads, or recharge.
Cleaning performance has been excellent. My floors are mostly hardwood, with vinyl in the kitchen, tile in the bathroom, and short-pile rugs. It vacuums rugs well, though it can get caught on lightweight rug corners and struggles a bit with hi-lo pile patterns. The mopping is outstanding — that’s what sells it for me. I run it daily for vacuuming and mop the kitchen twice a week. I love waking up to clean floors and not stepping on tracked-in litter or seeing dust bunnies in corners.
With the money I saved versus the Roborock, I bought a 3-year protection plan. I’m hopeful this robot can handle life in a busy, multi-pet home for at least a couple of years. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

This vacuum is sooo high tech. It has a bunch of different functions and is much more advanced than any other robot I’ve seen. It vacuums, mops, disposes the trash itself, washes its own mops and also dries the mop and floor. You can also select to have multiple suction powers, duration, how through you want to vacuum, the mapping and also can use an ai based auto clean that auto senses multiple parameters and adjust settings as it cleans.
Zeke –
I honestly didn’t expect to love this vacuum/mop as much as I do. It’s super easy to set up and once it got going, I was blown away. The suction is crazy strong — it picks up every crumb and piece of hair (I’ve got plenty of both on my floors 😅).
The mop part is actually legit, not just a light wipe. It scrubs and leaves the floor looking fresh. Plus, the station basically takes care of everything for me — it empties the dust, washes the mop with hot water, and even dries it. I barely have to do anything.
It also gets right into the corners and edges, and it doesn’t get stuck under furniture like my old one used to. The app is simple to use and makes scheduling super easy.
Only tiny downside is it needs 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, but once that’s set it’s smooth sailing.
All in all, I love this thing — makes me feel like my house is always clean without me lifting a finger. Totally worth it!

I’ve been using this cleaner for a few weeks now and very pleased with it. Floors come out clean being swept and mopped. The robot has never gotten stuck!!!
Maintenance has been easy with adding fresh water and emptying the dirty bin.
I have mopped using the Yeedi cleaning solution and without. I did not see any improvement using the solution and will probably not purchase again.
I removed one star for mapping and the app.
When creating the map, I have a couple of large sliding glass doors. The robot maps these as extra rooms. I recommend during the mapping process that blinds on these doors be closed.
Once I got the map set and rooms labeled I made a backup of the map. Good thing, because all of a sudden one day the mapped changed and was not correct. Luckily “recover from backup” worked just great.
One time the app would not open and I had to wipe all settings and start again. That was frustrating.
Dividing rooms did not properly work for me. Combining rooms worked just fine.
Overall I am very happy with this product.

I’ve been a Yeedi customer since July 2022, when I bought one of their early robot vacuums. That unit cleaned reasonably well but had persistent problems—app bugs, frequent trouble returning to the charger, and getting lost mid-cleaning. Hoping those issues would be resolved, I bought the M12 Pro+ on Prime Day in July 2025.
The mopping system failed quickly. The adhesive that holds the mopping pad to the plate detached after only a short time. I had to wait a full week for a warranty replacement, and while the new plates worked briefly, the same adhesive failure happened again. The pads bent sideways, mopped unevenly, left streaks, and became folded and damaged.
Pet hair performance has been far below expectations. I have a large dog that sheds heavily plus a cat, and every run ends with clumps of hair wrapped around the roller brush and stuck along the sides. Hair builds up in the area leading to the dustbin, clogs it, and stops effective cleaning. I’m removing hair with tweezers after almost every cycle—this is not the hands-free solution I expected.
The app issues from my 2022 model persist. I’ve remapped my house four times and the M12 Pro+ still gets lost mid-cleaning and often can’t find the station signal to return for charging and self-cleaning. The robot icon frequently drifts outside the map, and the app glitches make daily use frustrating.
I had hoped Yeedi would have improved in three years, but many of the same problems remain—plus new ones with the spinning mopping pads. This feels like a first-generation-product issue. If future versions fix reliability and app stability, I might try Yeedi again, but I won’t buy newly launched first-generation models anymore. Given the recurring defects, slow resolutions, and poor pet-hair performance, I cannot recommend the Yeedi M12 Pro+ for pet owners.

Being pregnant and feeling pretty sluggish, this has been a godsend. It moves carefully around furniture and edges so it doesn’t bump into things, and it feels sturdy and well-made. It connected to the app without any trouble, and the cleaning performance is fantastic — it picks up everything and leaves my floors gleaming. It almost never gets stuck, even around chair legs. For the price, it’s totally worth it because it keeps my floors clean with no effort on my part.

Since I’m pregnant and honestly feeling pretty lazy lately, this has been a total lifesaver. It’s really sensitive around furniture and edges, so it doesn’t crash into things, and the quality feels strong and well-built. It connects to the app easily, and the cleaning power is amazing, it picks up everything and leaves the floors shiny. It almost never gets stuck, even around chair legs. For the price, I think it’s totally worth the money because it keeps my floors clean without me having to do anything.
