Intro
The Eureka Blaze is a compact, corded stick vacuum built for quick cleanups and everyday maintenance. It combines a slim, upright profile with a 3‑in‑1 configuration and an onboard crevice tool so you can move from floor to couch to car without swapping accessories.
This model targets apartment dwellers, busy households, and anyone who wants a nimble vacuum that tucks away easily. It’s not a deep‑cleaning, whole‑house solution, but it makes short work of surface dirt, crumbs, and pet hair on a variety of floors. Quick verdict: the Eureka Blaze is a practical, affordable option when you need a lightweight vacuum for fast, frequent cleaning.

Design & Build
At about 4 pounds, the Eureka Blaze is designed to be highly portable and easy to carry up stairs or around tight spaces (source: listing, checked 2025). The unit’s narrow profile and swivel steering are intended to improve maneuverability compared with many standard stick vacuums, allowing you to reach under furniture and move around chair legs with less effort.
Materials and construction appear focused on weight savings: plastic chassis and lightweight components keep the overall mass down. The capture nozzle is shaped to handle larger debris that can otherwise be pushed by slimmer brush heads. The dust cup is described as “X‑Large” for this class of vacuum, which reduces the frequency of emptying during a cleaning session.
Ergonomics: the Blaze favors simple, practical ergonomics — the handle and body are slim for one‑handed carrying and spot cleaning. Because it’s corded, you don’t need to lift battery packs or swap batteries, but you will have to manage the 18‑foot power cord while you clean (source: listing, checked 2025). The washable filter reduces ongoing consumable costs and is convenient for maintenance.
Key Features
3‑in‑1 Design with Onboard Crevice Tool
Benefit: The integrated 3‑in‑1 setup converts between upright stick, handheld, and a small hand vac, while the onboard crevice tool is stored on the machine itself.
Where it helps: Fast transitions from vacuuming floors to cleaning stairs, upholstery, and car interiors — useful for quick response to spills or crumbs without hunting for attachments.
Capture Nozzle for Larger Debris
Benefit: The capture nozzle is engineered to pick up larger particles rather than pushing them ahead of the head like some narrow brushrolls can.
Where it helps: Kitchens, entryways, and areas with snack messes benefit most; you’ll spend less time re‑running zones to collect bits of cereal, pet food, or larger dry debris.
Swivel Steering for Improved Maneuverability
Benefit: Eureka’s swivel steering helps the vacuum pivot around obstacles, making cleaning around furniture and table legs smoother than with rigid heads.
Where it helps: Tight living spaces, under low furniture, or between chair legs — maneuvering feels less clumsy and requires fewer repositioning steps.
Powerful 2‑Amp Motor
Benefit: The 2‑amp motor provides steady suction for surface dirt, dust, and pollen. It’s modest compared with full‑size vacuums but tuned for the Blaze’s lightweight design.
Where it helps: Everyday maintenance on hard floors, area rugs, and low‑pile carpet; good for households that need frequent, short cleaning sessions rather than deep cleans (source: listing, checked 2025).
Washable Filtration System
Benefit: The filter can be rinsed and reused, reducing the need to buy replacements frequently and helping the vacuum maintain airflow as you clean.
Where it helps: Homes with allergy concerns or dust buildup where regular filter maintenance can assist in keeping exhaust air cleaner after routine vacuuming.
X‑Large Dust Cup & Long Power Cord
Benefit: The larger dust cup reduces trips to the trash, and the 18‑foot cord gives a wide cleaning radius per outlet so you’re less likely to change plugs constantly.
Where it helps: Larger rooms or open floor plans where longer reach and a larger bin speed up the job (source: listing, checked 2025).
Frustration‑Free Packaging (FFP) Certification
Benefit: Packaging designed to be easier to open and more environmentally friendly; fewer tools required and less waste when unboxing.
Where it helps: Immediate convenience at delivery and a slightly smaller packaging footprint to dispose of responsibly (source: listing, checked 2025).
Performance & Use
Setup and first use
- Out of the box, the Blaze is straightforward thanks to its corded design — there’s no charging or battery priming. Attach the onboard crevice tool (if not already stowed), plug in, and you’re ready. The FFP packaging typically keeps assembly time to a minimum (source: listing, checked 2025).
Running and cleaning tips
- Cord management: With an 18‑foot cord you can clean most rooms from a single outlet, but plan your path to avoid crossing the cord over areas you’ve already cleaned.
- Emptying the dust cup: Even with an X‑Large cup, empty it into a trash can promptly when you see the max fill line to preserve suction.
- Filter maintenance: Rinse the washable filter under running water and allow it to dry completely before reinserting. Regular rinsing keeps airflow optimum and preserves suction over time.
- No rotating brush to tangle: Because the capture nozzle is optimized for larger debris, you’ll find pickup of dry messes is efficient; however, for heavy pet hair you may need more frequent cleaning of the inlet.
Best use cases
- Quick daily touch‑ups in kitchens, living rooms, and entryways
- Car interior cleaning thanks to handheld mode and crevice tool
- Small apartments and dorm rooms where storage and portability matter
Limitations to be aware of
- Not a replacement for a high‑powered upright or canister when deep cleaning thick carpet or multi‑room, whole‑house vacuum cycles are required.
- Corded operation means you’re tethered to an outlet and must manage cord length during use.
Maintenance
- Regularly empty the cup and rinse the filter every few weeks depending on frequency of use and household dust levels. Inspect the nozzle for trapped debris. Because replacement filters aren’t listed in the product data, keep the included washable filter in good condition to extend the vacuum’s practical lifespan.
Pros vs Cons
Pros | Cons |
---|---|
Very light — about 4 lbs, easy to carry and store (source: listing, checked 2025). | Corded design limits reach to the 18‑ft cord; you’ll still manage a cord while cleaning (source: listing, checked 2025). |
3‑in‑1 design with onboard crevice tool for fast transitions between surfaces. | Not intended as a deep‑clean solution for thick carpets — better for surface maintenance. |
Capture nozzle handles larger debris better than some stick heads. | Suction powered by a 2‑amp motor, adequate for quick cleanups but modest vs full‑size vacuums (source: listing, checked 2025). |
Washable filter reduces ongoing costs and helps maintain airflow. | Detailed accessory list and spare parts not specified by listing; limited information on replacement parts. |
X‑Large dust cup and 18‑ft cord reduce interruptions during a cleaning session (source: listing, checked 2025). | Lightweight materials mean less robust construction than heavier, premium vacuums — tradeoff for portability. |
Who Should Buy
-
You should consider the Eureka Blaze if you want a lightweight vacuum for frequent, short cleanups and you value portability and storage convenience. It’s well suited to apartments, small houses, dorms, and people who need a quick, easy solution for crumbs, dust, and everyday debris.
-
It’s also a good choice for anyone who prefers a corded unit to avoid battery charging and for shoppers wanting simple maintenance with a washable filter.
Who Shouldn’t Buy
- Avoid this model if you need a heavy‑duty vacuum for deep cleaning thick‑pile carpet or large homes where a powerful upright or canister is necessary.
- If you require a completely cordless experience or the longest possible, unrestricted reach, a corded stick may feel limiting.
- Buyers who want a fully documented accessory list and easy availability of replacement parts should note the listing does not specify all components or spare item numbers.

Eureka!! Very lightweight, quiet. Perfect for college or even kids to operate in their room. Not for a heavy-handed guy unless he is very careful with taking off and putting on the dust bin. So simple and easy. A vac to quickly run over the room to pick up pet hair, sand and dirt. It did not pick up cat kibble, but did pick up scattered litter. This will replace your broom and dust pan. Also, the before you mop or wax clean-up. Going to order another one. Price cannot be beat! I hope it will last for a long time. Love it!

Update: had this for a month. I use it almost every day and sometimes even 2/3 times a day. It’s sturdy and reliable and suction continues to be excellent. I have attached a video of the Eureka cleaning up balls of fur from a dog crate. On the first go anything that is under the suction area gets picked right up. Oh and works great on tile as i expected.
First: I had this in my cart for a few days (busy during xmas) and every day the price would go up. Very sneaky of a company that’s supposed to be professional and i dont appreciate it. Doesn’t really inspire confidence in me for after service support….I suggest if it’s at a good price either get it or don’t. Now onto the actual vacuum.
It was packaged well in a long box. The corners were taped well to prevent it sliding out. Setting it up was super quick and easy. And wooooow this suction is so strong u can literally feel it rumble as you pick things up. I primarily got this vacuum for dog fur. Having a pet means tons of cleaning and i needed a good vacuum. This is my 2nd vacuum and the first one with a rotating head. I had to get used to the moving head for a bit but that was quick.
My previous vacuum was a Dirt Devil Power stick 2. The brushroll on that would get the fur stuck to it and not pick anything else up. This vacuum has suction only. It basically collects the dog fur etc and then sucks it up. I accidentally opened the dust bin via pressing the wrong button and turned this vacuum back on to pick it up. I was happy to see it got all the dust again. I can sense my air is cleaner as well.
I will say that this dust cup is so big and has a huge opening so on emptying you absolutely need to be over a garbage bin as its very messy. I was able to do a large portion of the house (took me hours btw) without emptying it. The cord seems to be average for a stick vac, never measured it tho but it seems about 14/15 ft. Using it on carpeted stairs was easy and it picked up a bunch. ( I was actually disgusted emptying this as so much was in the dust cup-ew). I also used it on three bath mats. The suction was so strong i had to hold the mats down but they looked so much cleaner. I then used it on several area rugs which it picked up very well on. The majority of the places i cleaned were hardwood floor and then carpets and concrete (laundry room). Not sure how it works on tile but I’m assuming it’s good too.
The vacumm is very lightweight and seems to he of good quality. All in all I’m glad i ignored the few negative reviews as so far this is exactly what i needed. I kept the instructions book for future knowledge on parts and on how to obtain the warranty. So far I’m very very pleased with no complaints and will update my review if necessary.

Creo que recibí más de lo que pagué. Realmente es un buen producto. Muy funcional, buena potencia…
Claro que los materiales no son de lo mejor que hay en el mercado, pero por el precio, creo que está excelente! Lo recomiendo!

This is the second Eureka stick vacuum I’ve owned, and I absolutely love them! It’s incredibly lightweight, which makes it easy to carry from room to room and even up the stairs without any hassle. The suction power is impressive for its size and easily picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair. I also appreciate how simple it is to use—no complicated settings, just grab and go. Cleaning it is quick and effortless, which makes keeping up with daily messes so much easier. This vacuum is the perfect combination of convenience, power, and ease of maintenance. Highly recommend!
RICKY –
We moved into a house with hard floors, which I never had before, and I quickly realized how difficult it is to keep them even halfway clean. I swept all the time, I dry swiffered, I wetjetted, so much work! We have 3 cats so dust, hair & litter goes everywhere all the time! I wasn’t happy with how much fur & dust was being left behind no matter how carefully I swept, and I hated having to clean the floors twice just to pick everything up. I had used vacuums on hard floors before and it just threw all the litter & dirt around because the rolls turn so fast so I was looking for a #1 inexpensive vacuum that #2 would be good for hard floors & litter that wasn’t so high powered that it would make a bigger mess for me to clean up.
This vacuum is not what I expected but its ok. Technically it sucks up the litter, fur & dust. I would HIGHLY recommend ordering lots of aftermarket filters, so you don’t have to wear out the filter that comes with it by cleaning it all the time because all the dust & fur/hair get stuck to it immediately. The filter that comes with it is pretty thin and is actually worse than the aftermarket ones I purchased from amazon. This vacuum is literally a car-vac dust buster with a long handle and floor attachment. I hate that it’s not easy dump & go and I have to actually touch the filter & get all the fur/hair/dust off. It’s also very temperamental – it doesn’t pick up anything at all unless the whole floor attachment is on a flat surface – I mean this literally – not one millimeter. I have to carefully run it to the side of the very thin litter mats, making sure not to let it go up on the trim and then make sure the whole head is on the mat & go over the mats over & over to pick up any litter. Not great. Unlike some other reviews, it does stand up on its own if you have everything straight & together. Works slightly better on carpet/rugs but doesn’t try to suck up a corner or unwanted items so that’s good. I have more complaints than positive things to say about it BUT it technically fits my needs, better than the broom & it was cheap so I’m taking the win.

Espero te haya sido útil mi reseña! 👍🏼

This little stick vacuum works well for the price and is very light weight and it does stand up by itself. We used it for hard surface floors and the one room with carpet, which isn’t new, but in fair condition. I don’t expect it to get really dirty floors clean, but it easily picked up any dirt and dust bunnies that we could see. It will make mopping the hard floors much easier to vacuum up the debris first. The cord seems plenty long and can reach almost the entire one bedroom apartment from the central wall outlet. With a bit of practice, I’m sure we can vacuum all of our floors from 2-3 outlets. I had to move the cord to reach the far corners and bathroom, which I don’t consider a deal breaker. It is indeed a good bargain at $33.95 (with $6 discount). I highly recommend this vacuum for anyone on a budget and limited storage space.

A truly GREAT vacuum for the price – I’ve been using this for over a year in my apartment & it still works amazing. Daily use on my tile floor, area rug, & kitchen mat. Works perfectly on the tile. Doesn’t pick up small debris on the rug/mat but does get everything else.
It takes a few passes to get everything but overall very powerful for the price. Takes me about 5 mins to vacuum my entire (tiny) studio apartment. Super lightweight too which helps.
Long cord. Great suction. Easy to clean filter.
Easily picks up hair, food, broken glass shards, etc.

Great little vacuum! Great suction and gets the job done. I have an Australian Shepherd and this cleans up after him perfectly
Reader101 –
Succiona muy bien, el tamaño del cable es adecuado, poco peso, el filtro es lavable… lo único malo es que se calienta muy rápido.

I live in a small 500 sqft studio with tile floors and this vacuum does the job well. It sucks up everything and is light and easy to handle. It’s great that it converts from a floor vacuum to a handheld one.
My only complaints:
the floor attachment doesn’t have a rolling brush so it probably wouldn’t be great for carpet, but picks up everything on my tile floors.
I wish the cord was a little bit longer. I think the cord is 18ft. I wish it was around 25 ft, but that’s just because I have a longer
apartment than more of a square shape.
I also wish the waste canister was a little more rounded shape as sometimes the dust/dirt gets into the edges and makes it hard to come out.
Overall, really great vacuum for the money
