There are so many ways of making egg dishes but Shakshuka is one of my favorites now.
IT IS AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS SUPER EASY HEALTHY EGG DISH THAT YOU CAN MAKE FOR BREAKFAST, BRANCH, LUNCH, DINNER OVER ALL ITS EVERY TIME GO TO HEALTHY FOOD.
You can make it with diced peppers, or carrots if you want sweetness. You can even garnish it with cheese, paneer, and spring onions.
But I want to keep Shakshuka really simple, by the name itself the more preference is given to tomato and egg. When it comes to tomatoes, there is a different style of preparing.
Some people cook tomatoes first and then peel them off and mash them, whereas some just cut off the tomatoes into big chunks and fry them, and some cut tomatoes into dice and fry.
Here I would also recommend going with the third one, it saves your time as well as gives a delicious taste.
Now without wasting any further time let’s jump to the recipe of the lovely Shakshuka!
